The associates and business owner alike are VERY knowledgeable in their products, which helps because when you first walk into the store there are an alarming amount of shelves and products on all of them. But they can navigate the store with such ease and finesse that even if you can't find what you're looking for, or are like me and don't even know what you're looking for but know what you need, they can lead you to it with pinpoint accuracy. Nothing beats doing business with someone who is proud and knowledgeable and stands behind what they are selling to you, an even bigger plus to the ones who actually have tried and used the products they are talking about. Those who find my other review for their other location may wonder why I favor this one more. It's actually because of that small, intimate space the store has where there's really just room for what you need, lined up and grouped on the shelves, helping you see all your options and alternatives right there before you. They even have two books stationed side by side for you to do a little research of your own (though I still recommend doing the research yourself and coming in with questions in hand). It's a local spot that uses the best and most delicious ingredients. You can guarantee quality here. There is a lot of seating available inside and some spots outside. This place gets packed, but it's totally worth the wait. You order and pay up front then wait for them to call your name. I'm very picky with my acai bowls, I find that some places make them more smoothie and watery. I love it when they're rich and thick. Sol Bowls makes sorbet style bases which is why I'm so in love with what they make. I highly recommend ordering the Sol Bowl (I added cocoa nibs and coconut) or the Shore Break (if you prefer coconut sorbet with pineapple and spirulina instead of acai). Don't be deceived by how small the small size looks. It definitely looks like a lid, but it is still extremely filling. My only note is it would be nice to have a bigger small bowl (with the same current portion size) just to make scooping easier.
