They're open 24 hours and they have great customer service. The gym equipment is absolutely amazing and there's always constant updates and modifications to continue addressing each and every Gym goers request. The gym is always clean and again the favorite part of this it is 24 hours. When utilizing day passes or trial passes, they are very proficient with what they do specially when it comes down to scanning the barcodes and allowing individuals that pay for gym passes to be able to access the Gym 24/7 Definitely a gym would recommend going to.

This brand started off with me continuing on my fitness journey to a healthier lifestyle and maintaining what is YOUniquely best for me. As I have grown with my personal journey so has the Size Healthy Brand. With growth my entire family is now being trained by Size Healthy With the adding of Coach Levi and Size Healthy Performance my husband and children are receiving athletic training that is tailored to their individual needs. Coach Levi is not just present at the gym he supports children his athletes in their individual school events this is to include when they go off to college, because hey he has an athlete at LSU that just qualified for nationals in powerlifting. The continous education that SHF and SHP seek out to ensure that ALL DIVAS. ATHLETES, and MEN are getting the latest and the best programs so that can not only meet their goals but be able to maintain them is UNMATCHED! The latest being the very natural supplements that are being provided. as well as the body scan that gives you tangible numbers for body fat, inches, and muscle gains as been beyond helpful to mr and my family. SHF and SHP continue to be forces in the community by providing services for free to individuals fighting obesity and diabetes just to name a few. With being very strategic in hiring new staff and new instructors Coach Natasha and Coach Levi do not compromise when it comes to quality for their members and taking them to the next level. My family has been blessed by SHF/SHP even during the pandemic, where they respected social distancing and law mandates, by simply making house calls and working with us in our very backyard. If that isn't COMMITMENT then I dont know what else to call it. So if your ready to KNOW YOUR WHY and ready to ACT ON IT call up Size Healthy Fitness. Ladies at Size Healthy Fitness this is a place for US. Now if your male, an athlete, active duty then hit up Coach Levi at Size Healthy Performance. Same brand, same work ethic, different approach. Dont wait until 2022 to start living a healthier lifestyle for you!!! ****************************************

In my 25 years in and out of different gyms this one is a bit different. The cost is $45/mo. which…read moreis IMO is a little pricey for this area. In Southern California it was the same and we had an Aqua Massager, Tanning, and more. I guess when you are the only shop in town you can call the price. Not no more, Crunch time! Swansboro Fitness is a bit dated on the machine side, but not important if everything works, and they do keep that in check. I ended my membership because of being called an idiot for no reason from some woke lady, and I couldn't get access as my key fob wasn't working. I failed to get anyone on the phone with the same number listed on their web site and online. They advised me I should of called all the numbers on the door. On Saturday 12/27 I wanted to watch ESPN instead of CNN fake news. The TV was in front of me but wouldn't change. After I was done with my cardio the lady next to me reading her book with her fancy book holder leaned over to her husband and said, "Did you see that?" she was referring to me trying to change the TV to CNN, and says to her husband, what an idiot? Really? I never in 25 years had anyone say that to me in a gym. Very disrespectful considering I don't talk to anyone in a gym. If you want the hassles of a woke individual name calling or being locked out of your gym, it's a good reason to end your membership if you have other choices and with Crunch, we do! Crunch in Jacksonville opens in January for $9.99/mo.! $30 cheaper than Swansboro Fitness. If you want unlimited access to all 400 locations, tanning, aqua massager, chair massager it only costs $35/mo. first month $1. That's $5 less than Swansboro Fitness for all that! We just moved here from SO-CAL 4/2024 and met a lot of nice people and really enjoy and love NC.

My only gripe is the lack of care there is for the equipment. There's a lot of pull down attachments with grips falling off, other then that this facility has all the equipment you need.

Good equipment and well maintained and you are allowed to access the gym alone once you are authorised. Lacking facility, rough atmosphere, subpar coaching, absolute drama mill…read more Edit: 1/18/2023 - The Co-Owner, Mere, WILL slander you and spread rumors if you choose to leave her gym. I've attended CrossFit classes and done 24/7 access over the last year, irregularly both due to a difficult schedule and an honest distaste for the environment. I enjoyed the excitement and hype coming in the gym to attend the class the first coupleWhen I realized the warm ups were rinse and repeat regardless of what the days movements called for, I started noticing more issues. 1. The equipment is marginally looked after, very aged and rarely updated and or replaced. I'd say 2 barbells had decent spin, none are spectacular and the majority will spin maybe a rotation before stopping. 2. The rig is large, yet still ends up being space limited and the pull up bars don't appear to be tended to in order to maintain texture and grip. Some tape is tossed on but otherwise doing high rep/high intensity movements like bar muscle ups and butterfly pull-ups and even toes to bar are going to be limited by grip texture and just plain old slipping off the bar. 3. Plenty of rowers, a couple ski ergs, and a few rogue bikes. But any issues (broken seat) are given a bandaid (a roll of tape) to fix its, no permanent fix after MONTHS at minimum of disrepair. It's been a obviously known broken piece of equipment since before I got there. 4. Security/Safety - not a concern for the owners despite multiple gripes, especially by women, about the lack of exterior lighting around the side and back entrance to the building when accessing early morning and after sunset when no gyms are in session (24/7 access door). There is no way to know if someone is lurking, there are no lights or security cameras to deter potential attackers. As a father and husband, this is a massive red flag. If you don't care to address the safety complaints of your athletes and coaches, then what do the owners care about? Unsavory foot traffic is constant at all hours of day and night due to the location. Many of who could very easily hide in shadows and do what they may when anyone exits the back door. 5. Owners are more focused on the personal training aspect, and appear to be focused on monetizing the clientele over providing a solid foundational experience for anyone to develop a sense of community off of. Competitions appear to be hosted quite often, with astronomical prices to be paid by participants to compete in a subpar gym with subpar equipment. Coaches aren't paid, rather, they have their own membership written off as work trade (absolutely horse crap). As a current client and former CrossFit coach from Northern California, this is the poorest example I've seen of leadership in a gym. 6. Social Madness. Not just social media, but in-person, the owners appear to target individuals they feel threatened by in a personal or professional aspect. From long, multi page stories on Instagram attacking individuals for egregious conduct that should be settled in court rather than attempting to slander a person as often as they can, to talking down to a married female coach of their own gym for having spoken to the male co-owner and being warned not to flirt, to lashing out at other coaches because of their lack of direction/leadership and incentivizing coaches to poach client sign ups from eachother for "bonuses". All in all, some of the individual clients at the gym are the sole reason the gym continues to be any level of successful, despite a recent mass exodus of both clients and coaches (for reasons stated above). The ownership and community fostered by them is toxic and a shameful mark on the CrossFit Community as a whole. I would not recommend this gym as a place for especially beginners/new athletes to try to learn foundations or receive coaching to develop healthy and proficient movement patterns. This is a gym best suited for friendly workouts with people you know on a 24/7 access basis, but do carry a measure of self defense when accessing while the sun is down.
