I am very price sensitive, and over a long period of time I have found I am better off coming here than the competitors because it is a short menu of quality groceries. They zero in on why I am here. It saves me time, effort and shopping stress. In and out with a smile from a local resident that truly cares if they cross paths with me outside of the store. Walking into this place I met Steven the owner. A very psychedelic and knowledgeable man. He was friendly and polite. He answered all my questions regarding personal health. I got a smoothie and he added some things that he didn't mention, but it was well worth it, it was delicious. I walked around and noticed the place wasn't the most organized, but everything he sold was related to personal health and enlightenment. This place has been in Riverhead for awhile now.
