I love dropping in to One Stop Nutrition for a post workout smoothie after my workouts and…read moresometimes after shopping. Everybody is friendly, always greets me and knows what kind of shake I want. If I don't like the smoothie they always replace it, no questions asked. Oh, and if you want a perfectly healthy, delicious smoothie that fits right into your health needs, this is the place. So glad it was recommended to me.

I'm giving One Stop Nutrition 3 stars because there are things I genuinely like, but there are also…read morea few issues that have made me decide to take my business elsewhere. One of the biggest advantages is the location. Being right next to EōS Fitness makes it incredibly convenient to grab a protein shake or supplements before or after a workout. The shakes taste great, and the staff is always friendly. Lexi, in particular, handled one of my concerns professionally, and I really appreciated her customer service. My biggest disappointment has been consistency and product knowledge. While some employees are knowledgeable, there have been times when staff weren't able to answer questions about certain supplements in the store. As someone who likes to understand exactly what I'm putting into my body, I think having stronger product knowledge would benefit both customers and the business. Another concern is making sure customers know exactly what's going into their shakes. I was told that if an ingredient isn't available, substitutions may sometimes be made. Personally, I think customers should always be informed beforehand, especially for those who carefully track calories, macros, allergies, or supplement intake. If someone has already taken a particular supplement elsewhere, an unexpected substitution could be something they'd want to know about. I also learned that the "Stack" shake menu lists carb powder, but I later found out that carb powder isn't actually included and that the menu contains a typo. I had been ordering this shake for months thinking I was receiving all of the listed ingredients. I wish that had been communicated more clearly from the beginning. If you're ordering a Stack, it may be worth asking exactly what ingredients are currently included. Finally, the price has become difficult to justify. My usual Stack with four add-ins comes to around $17.50. While the shakes are good, that's a lot for a protein shake when I can drive a couple of miles to Sprouts Farmers Market and buy a ready-to-drink protein shake for around $8.99. Overall, I think One Stop Nutrition has friendly employees, excellent-tasting shakes, and a very convenient location. I simply encourage customers to ask exactly what's in their shake before ordering and for the company to invest a little more in product education and menu accuracy. Those improvements would make the experience much better for everyone.

During our visit, one of the employees let us know about a great special on fresh oats that were only $5.00 per pound, which was much less expensive than the packaged options in the aisle. We really appreciated her taking the time to point out the savings. A helpful tip is to download the store's app and sign up for their rewards program. You can clip digital coupons before you shop and take advantage of additional discounts, promotions, and special offers. They also had a manager's special on fresh ground beef for $7.99 per pound, which was another great value. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The meat, produce, and other fresh items all looked fresh and well-stocked. We were able to find nearly everything on our shopping list. The only item we had trouble finding was plain vanilla yogurt, as there seemed to be more dairy-free options, such as cashew yogurt, along with several varieties of Chobani. Another helpful tip is that the store charges $0.10 per bag, although the bags are sturdy and reusable. You can also bring your own reusable shopping bags to save money. This location is conveniently located in the Prasada Shopping Center next to Cobblestone, Ross, and many other shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking, making it easy to get in and out. There was one employee who used the bathroom. She did not wash her hands before leaving the restroom which was disgusting and also they should have a sign in the bathroom for all employees to wash their hands before returning to work since they are handling food and products and also bagging groceries. Overall, we had another positive shopping experience. The friendly customer service, clean store, fresh selection, and money-saving specials will definitely keep us coming back.

I ordered five sandwiches, and when one was made incorrectly, I kindly asked for it to be remade -- no problem. However, when I politely asked if I could keep the original one (since it would otherwise be thrown out), the employee refused and threw it away right in front of me. She said she would ask her manager- the looks the manager and the employee gave me like I was ridiculous asking for a handout with hundreds of dollars or groceries in my cart. She was trying to flex authority in a really bizarre way. Older woman works in the deli. Red hair. Awful customer service. Zero actually. If Sprouts truly values being environmentally conscious and reducing waste, it makes no sense to throw away perfectly good food that could have been eaten. And please look at the sandwich I received.
