We tried the vegan meatballs with marinara, the vegan meatball mushroom pesto pasta, the Naples Margherita pizza, the chicken piccata, and finished with the oatmeal apple pie served with gelato. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and perfect for a nice dinner. We were impressed from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. This was our first time at Picazzo's, and if every visit is like this one, we'll definitely be regulars. This time, everything appeared to be food purchased pre-prepared, instant packaged food, or bagged frozen food, which was then just deep fried or warmed up in a microwave. I've eaten orange chicken many times and at many other restaurants, including here, and this tasted nothing like anything like I've ever had - it was awful, pungent almost. Plus, the chicken in it was so tough, so full of gristle, and chewy, it was inedible. The pork pad Thai tasted like it had been stir fried using old oil; it was super greasy and we only ate a small portion of it. The potstickers were clearly just re-heated in a microwave, and they were so tough and so hard to chew, we each took one bite and just set them on the plate, and stopped there. The spring rolls just fell apart in the box; and looked more like a box of shredded lettuce & shredded carrots - so there was no dipping them in peanut sauce. Grr... In the end... most of what was a $60 order for two, was thrown away. Sadly, this place used to cook great Thai, but we will never be going back. I hope the owners take note, and return the food to the quality it once was.

Also the hoagie roll deserves credit because it held up and didn't turn into a soggy disaster halfway through. If you like pastrami and you like bold flavors, this is a solid order.
