I went into sprouts the other day looking for some supplements for sleep support. Sabrina helped me. Her knowledge of vitamins and supplements was way more than anything I could've hoped or asked for. Not only did I get the supplements for sleep support, but I talked to her about some other goals of mine. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and she found an even better option for me. I usually enjoy shopping at Sprouts because of their focus on health and sustainability, but my experience today was really disappointing. I ordered five sandwiches, and when one was made incorrectly, I kindly asked for it to be remade -- no problem. However, when I politely asked if I could keep the original one (since it would otherwise be thrown out), the employee refused and threw it away right in front of me. She said she would ask her manager- the looks the manager and the employee gave me like I was ridiculous asking for a handout with hundreds of dollars or groceries in my cart. She was trying to flex authority in a really bizarre way. Older woman works in the deli. Red hair. Awful customer service. Zero actually. If Sprouts truly values being environmentally conscious and reducing waste, it makes no sense to throw away perfectly good food that could have been eaten. My wife and I stopped after Mother's day service. We needed an organic cabbage and a couple of cranberry scones. The young cashier said we owed $5.15. I paid but was not "paying" attention. I took the scones and wadded the receipt up and through it away on the way out. My wife asked me where the cabbage was! We went back to get the cabbage and to share we were overcharged for the scones. Heidi came to the rescue and gave us a generous refund! Outstanding customer service! read more

After a little pushback I got to speak with the manager who was gracious about a return on some pizzas by a company that recently had a recall due to metal. Cashier gave a bit of a hard time and tried to continue to interfere when I wanted to directly speak to the manager since she had no authorization to help me either way, which was irritating and I'm glad I asked her to just let me speak to him directly. It's not helpful to play the telephone game and speak on others behalf when you are clearly prejudiced on a matter and not clear on facts. I really like their prepped meals section. Great to be able to get multi serving entrees you can supplement with various sides. Lots of nice produce selection, well stocked store. read more

My review is for this particular location on N 67th ave and W Deer Valley. This is close to me home so it is convenient. But I'll never set foot again at this location and will drive to Lake Pleasant to have a better experience. I do not trust their products and they do not care. One time, I saw a woman building her strawberry box. She took the strawberries one by one out of the box, smelled them and then decided to keep or reject. I reported it to the manager and she did not care. Another time, I saw a woman who was changing the organic labels on the tomatoes, just as she was chatting with an employee. Who did nothing. So, as a customer, you think you buy organic tomatoes, pay the organic price, but eat the gmo tomatoes because a dishonest woman changed the stickers and the staff let it happen. Last week, my last time, I needed Tahini. The tahini on the shelf was 6 months past date. I brought it to the manager and she did not care. Le't not forget the day I injured myself. They have a ice dispenser just past the cashier. Last year, the day before Thanksgiving, I fell because of a stray ice cube that was on the floor. I injured my knee and my husband took me to the Urgent Care. Hopefully nothing was broken, just sprained. Yet, it ruined our Thanksgiving because I could not stand on my feet and cook. I found out that the manager knew about the ice but neglected to clean it. He gave me a phone number for their insurance. I called and they were nasty. I decided to not sue but I regret it. Our to-go place to get organic produce for our infant baby. This time did instacart pickup order and was super impressed. I checked in online before stopping my car and the lady was ready outside with the cart. Within a minute or so my car trunk was loaded and I was good to go. Sprouts is my primary place to do my weekly food shopping. I come here at least once or twice a week usually Sundays is my weekly big food shopping obviously I do you come during the week to pick up things that I forgot. They have a really great selection of bulk items like nuts rice oats. I love the Butcher area they always great steaks salmon on a cedar plank and sausage. I love that they have uncured bacon and Kabasa. The fruit and veggie selection is huge along with the organic section. They always have what is on my list and more. One great thing about moving from NY to the west is Sprouts! Love going to this location when I'm in the west valley. I shop in store and also through their app for pick up sometimes. The store is always kept clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The only problem I've had at times is seeing expired hummus still on shelves as well as the produce not always being the freshest. Just like most things in life, you get what you pay for. While we do not do the bulk of our grocery shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market, we do come here often for a few things: Their produce is the freshest around. Their sheer variety of energy snack bars (Lara, Cliff, etc, etc.) are phenomenal. Their meat / seafood case is also top notch. I can't sit here and rave about the prices and phenomenal deals you're going to find at Sprouts Farmers Market. I think you and I both know that much. In a world where most of us still care where our food comes from and what we're fueling our bodies with, I get a sense that Sprouts cares about that, too. That's important to me. I'm not going to pay a mere few cents per pound less than Wal-Mart for apples that are bruised, disgusting and was just fondled excessively by the toddler who just had his index finger up to his first knuckle in nose mining for gold. Not gonna happen. I like my produce fresh and while that doesn't seem like a novel concept, it's an accurate statement and I'm willing to pay just a tiny bit more for vegetables that look and taste like vegetables. I'm willing to pay just a tiny bit more for asparagus that looks like it's been handled with care rather than tossed into a few inches of ice water by the high school kid who's working at Wal-Mart after school for minimum wage and only thinking about the clever way he's going to ask his date to prom. If all of those things are just as important to you, then you're probably already shopping at Sprouts like I am. Aside from the fresh veggies, we find ourselves stocking up on energy snack bars which we keep in the pantry for hiking and cycling trips. Their variety is way above average and they conveniently stock some of the best brands in all of the best flavors. I don't know how anyone could really give this place any sort of negative review. I've been here numerous times. The storefront is always exceptionally clean. I've never waited in line at the register for a very long time. The aisles are always clear and clean. The employees always seem friendly. Their shelves are always stocked and neat. The produce is as fresh as can be. I don't personally have anything bad to say about Sprouts Farmers Market. I used to love shopping here. I didn't realize you had to purchase or bring your own bags. She asked me if I brought my own bag, I didn't think anything of it and said no. And when I paid and in was going to put my groceries in the bag that was there, she said no you have to pay for that! So I threw all my paid groceries back in the cart. Not to mention it's summer time in Phoenix and I had lots of refrigerated items. That's the last time I am shopping at Sprouts! The cashier was not very friendly at all. Went to this store for the first time the other day. My daughter has a dairy allergy so we decided to try sprouts to find her new snacks. During the time there my pregnant wife was raving chocolate milk so we got some. Later that night my wife tried it and we then noticed it was expired. I'll take the blame on that one. So the next morning I went to return the chocolate milk and get a new one, and that's when I noticed every single danzeisen dairy chocolate and regular milk was expired from July 4th. Lastly, I was walking around the bakery looking for dairy free muffins and the bakery manager was nice and suggested one of the muffins they had. So I got a couple of them and when I got home to give one to my daughter there was mold all over both packaged muffins. Very disappointed with this sprouts and we won't be back! read more

My family and I Have Been coming to this location for years. Today I had my second horrid interaction with Shelby behind the deli counter. I asked her if she could please make a kids sandwich meal since there were once again none previously made out for purchase. She said " sure, next time call ahead so I don't have to stop what I'm doing." Around 20 min later I returned to pick up the kids sandwich and she yelled at me for asking a question regarding the cheese. I kindly asked for her name. She responded " Shelby... B***h" I immediately walked to her managers office where he walked to the deli counter and disappeared. If This employee was horrible to me on two occasions, I can't imagine what someone else has experienced. 67 Ave & Deer Valley Sprout's This store never has enough bottle water for the advertised specials. The store will give you a rain check for sale price. However week after week, over 7 weeks sometimes they still will not have the water in stock. This happened to me on several occasions. Again I saw the same scenario happen to another customer :/ Cashier's are reluctant to renew rain checks. Reluctant in refunds. Reluctant to call up manager for you. I like this Sprouts location. The store is huge and clean. Prices are reasonable for good ingredients. There are some indulgences as well if you are craving them: cookies, pies, etc. I normally don't buy grocery store sushi, but this Sprouts location, makes great California Rolls. One time I came in looking for California Rolls and they were out. The sushi chef took the time to make them for me. Great service! Cashiers are nice and the store clerks are very helpful. I normally visit Sprouts in Southern California, but those stores tend to be a bit smaller and more dimly lit. This Sprouts store on Deer Valley is super great! read more

I love this store, and it's my primary place to shop. The produce prices are MUCH lower than the mainstream stores. Sometimes by half. Other items vary, and there are some very expensive foofoo specialty products too, but the day to day staples are always well priced. Back to the produce, it's always very fresh. Customer service is exceptional. Everyone really seems to love the customers. Employees jump to help if you ask, and show you were things are instead of just pointing. They've gone in the back to get better produce when I grabbed the last item left and they saw it was a little wilted. The selection of bulk products is excellent, and also well priced. read more
