I'm giving One Stop Nutrition 3 stars because there are things I genuinely like, but there are also a few issues that have made me decide to take my business elsewhere. One of the biggest advantages is the location. Being right next to EōS Fitness makes it incredibly convenient to grab a protein shake or supplements before or after a workout. The shakes taste great, and the staff is always friendly. Lexi, in particular, handled one of my concerns professionally, and I really appreciated her customer service. My biggest disappointment has been consistency and product knowledge. While some employees are knowledgeable, there have been times when staff weren't able to answer questions about certain supplements in the store. As someone who likes to understand exactly what I'm putting into my body, I think having stronger product knowledge would benefit both customers and the business. Another concern is making sure customers know exactly what's going into their shakes. I was told that if an ingredient isn't available, substitutions may sometimes be made. Personally, I think customers should always be informed beforehand, especially for those who carefully track calories, macros, allergies, or supplement intake. If someone has already taken a particular supplement elsewhere, an unexpected substitution could be something they'd want to know about. I also learned that the "Stack" shake menu lists carb powder, but I later found out that carb powder isn't actually included and that the menu contains a typo. I had been ordering this shake for months thinking I was receiving all of the listed ingredients. I wish that had been communicated more clearly from the beginning. If you're ordering a Stack, it may be worth asking exactly what ingredients are currently included. Finally, the price has become difficult to justify. My usual Stack with four add-ins comes to around $17.50. While the shakes are good, that's a lot for a protein shake when I can drive a couple of miles to Sprouts Farmers Market and buy a ready-to-drink protein shake for around $8.99. Overall, I think One Stop Nutrition has friendly employees, excellent-tasting shakes, and a very convenient location. I simply encourage customers to ask exactly what's in their shake before ordering and for the company to invest a little more in product education and menu accuracy. Those improvements would make the experience much better for everyone. read more

I used to come here all the time because my gym is right next door, and grabbing a protein shake afterward was something I genuinely enjoyed. Unfortunately, I've pretty much stopped coming because of one employee. Almost every time I've been in, the blonde girl working seems irritated that customers are even there. I've heard complaints about there being too many customers and even frustration because someone came in 10 minutes before closing. If the business is still open, customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're an inconvenience for walking through the door. I usually leave the gym in a great mood, and it sucks walking into a place I used to enjoy only to have someone else's negative attitude completely change the atmosphere. Customer service matters, especially when you're the person customers interact with every time they come in. I genuinely like this place and would love to start coming back regularly. I just want to be able to grab my protein shake in peace and leave with the same good energy I walked in with. read more

I'm a regular at this location and get the exact same thing every day. Usually never any issues, the last 2 times I've come in my shake has been chunky with protein powder that was not properly blended in, when I said something and tried to get it replaced bc gross it's like dirt in my drink they said they couldn't replace it because it had been a couple hours since I was at work across the parking lot... what a joke, you know me, you see me every day and I never complain but the one time I do you tell me what I'm saying is wrong and that it couldn't happen, bullshit. Today was my husbands birthday, I went to get him a smoothie after we went on a walk. I pulled up at 6:22 and saw the employee looking out the doors, when he saw me, he threw his head back in disgust that we had pulled up. Then he immediately went into the back. I decided to drive away because obviously he was not wanting to be of assistance. We get a smoothie about 3-5 times per week from this location. Very upset. read more

Blown away by this location. I can say one stop is easily the best supplement/shake spot in the valley. GNC has nothing on one stop, especially the lake pleasant/happy valley location. I'm always greeted by very helpful and professional workers. I usually see mason there, and he always makes my day. Just a real mf and always nice to talk to. Just want say, every time I come in this store the girls behind the counter are always rude as hell. It's not only me, they have been rude to my wife as well. I believe only one has been nice since I started coming here, and I never see her there anymore. If they are that unhappy making shakes for a living, they should find a new job. Bad representation of your business. They are also very uneducated regarding their smoothies. My wife has asked questions about the calorie content in some shakes, and not one employee knew the answers. Sounds strange, but if your tracking your macros, it does matter. They always respond "I don't know". I can't stress how rude, and miserable the employees seem. read more

Hey, i love One Stop and i have never noticed this at other locations.... so not sure if i just haven't been too observant before. But i watch my macros and get low carb and try to be macro cautious and i just saw the lady behind the counter put HERSHEYS syrup in my shake!!! Wtf!!! It's not low carb if you're adding sugar filled contents into it, it completely defeats the purpose. I thought it was chocolate protein powder? Not chocolate syrup? I can tell the difference in flavor now, as i had gone to another one stop location and had the same flavor shake. I just wanted to put a warning out there in case anyone else is reading and is watching their macros because that's very important to know!!!! I was staying in the area & looking for a protein shake. I am allergic to whey, so I called as I was leaving the house to ask of they had a non-whey protein option. The girl said they did. I asked her what it was, & she wasn't sure. I asked her to check, & she said she would call me back. Well, she never did. 10 minutes later when I got there for a protein shake I find out they only use protein with whey in it. There was no other option, so I left empty handed. It's interesting that they claim that they use Muscle Quik, exclusively, in their shakes. Yet, there is no plain vanilla flavor under that brand (which they claim to use) and only cinnamon vanilla. I wonder if they use another brand entirely...sounds like a FTC/FDA violation to me. read more

They make delicious nutrition shakes from meal replacement shakes to post workout shakes. They offer an incredible amount of choices of base, flavors and add-ins. I generally am skeptical about walking into a new nutrition store and asking about newer products and newer research given my background and bachelors degree with exercise science and nutrition, but Cassidy in One Stop Nutrition knew her supplements. I eased in gathering some knowledge about what she knew and recommended for a body builder/power lifter like myself. It quickly escalated into a full in-depth conversation about so many unknown products and science that I thought I only knew from the deepest research. Cassidy held on to every word I said and added more input. I was in a heavenly conversation about supplements and nutrition. I've been going to the location on 67th Ave and Happy Valley for several months and it seems like every time I'm there they are understaffed (often with only one person working). I have to say, they really work hard to help you find what you need. Every time I go in I am greeted with a hello, even if it's busy. Yes, at times they are busy making shakes, however it's what you expect when you go in. I have been to different locations, and the team that works here are by far better in service.
