The variety of products was more than I've seen elsewhere. Michael Parolisi, the District Manager, was very welcoming and attentive the minute we walked through the door. He was extremely knowledgeable about ALL of the products and made recommendations based on his own personal experiences, popularity of products sold, most appropriate uses, concentrations, etc. While we were looking around, he stepped away to help another customer who walked in and gave a specific complaint for which she wanted product. He was able to immediately give a great recommendation and make her visit as efficient as possible. At one point he even offered to run a product batch through their system based on lot # to give me even more information about ingredient content. Wish this store was closer for us because we would absolutely shop here again.

I was told there was a shortage of them and my only option was to trade in for refurbished phone for $250 even though I pay over $50 a month for insurance or upgrade for "free" to new phone that day. It was NOT free...I still ended up paying over $200 in restocking fees etc. I then find out my new phone is not able to send or receive group texts and cannot send pictures via text. I refuse to go back to Wilmington so instead went to Tewksbury where they put in a new sim card!!!!! For free!! I asked about the shortage and was told they didn't have an abundance of them but they were available. I will never go back to Wilmington store...bunch of liars!
