I came back right before closing with my receipt and immediately the guy working said absolutely no returns.. Ummm that's fine I just wanted to get the cannoli flavor I came for. (Maybe it was a bad batch). He smelled the bottle and said it was fine so I told him to try my vape and see that I'm not crazy. I could tell that he knew it tasted disgusting and he STILL said that there was something wrong with our senses not the juice.. Wow ok... He than said to contact the company since they were local and take it up with them. I'll do that but I can probably bet that it was on sale because it was tampered with by Boston Vapor in some way and that's why it was on sale. Needless to say don't be fooled by the nice decor and white couches inside.. The guy who worked there is VERY rude and I've been to hole in the wall vape stores in Salem that have way more of a selection and much more positive people working there who are willing to help you without acting like your questions are annoying. Shop size is small, but they manage to pack in a wide variety of high quality juices for very reasonable prices. In addition to juices, they carry a ton of mods/coils/vape supplies as well. Also happens to be in a great location (grab some Wendy's and juice in one trip!) Can't recommend this shop enough, I've been to tons of vape shops across the North Shore and this one easily stands out as one of the best. Woman said "call back tomorrow when the manager is in." 11/2/25 - Call again- talk to the manager this time. He says "we can't take it back after 2 days. We can give you $15 off." Why is the solution to give $15 off but still pay you more money for a faulty product? It is also not our fault it was 2 days after purchase because we called yesterday when it was 1 day and you were not in- not on us. Stand by your product and don't make me pay more money for something that's going to fail after 1 day. It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for her to have taken 4500 hits of a vape bar in a day so assuming that without offering a replacement is a ludicrous claim. They don't die after 1 day. Make it make sense.
