While trying to shop I don't wanna hear about the drama talking about who manages the schedule and how poorly other employees were. On top of that no one greeted me. I just think it was too childish. I will say they had a bigger selection than expected, lots of shoes and crocs which I would have purchased but the ones I wanted looked to be just juniors. I also saw a couple shorts and shirts I liked but this store is heavy on the male apparel. I don't think I saw any female clothing. I will definitely keep and eye out for sales or maybe try another store. But this one put a bad taste in my mouth and I think management should address...

Really impressive display of shoes goes through the center of the store with tons of higher end Nike and Adidas (and other brands). Really makes me wish we had one of these stores in the B'ham area. Anyway, around the edges of the store were apparel (men's, women's and children). Also, really good selection of clothes (but I am a t-shirt fan). But, they also had some really nice Nike jackets and long sleeve shirts. Overall a great selection, I'm sure it changes up, at least seasonally, but during our visit they had a lot of stuff I really liked. I'd definitely come back to this location or check out other Champs locations if I came across another store. Also, staff seemed friendly and they asked us a couple times if we needed any help. If you need some athletic gear, seems like a good place to check out.

The woman working (2023 Nov 11 at roughly noon, in case some manager actually reads this and cares) was passive aggressively hostile. I felt like I could not touch any of the jeans, she would make a comment any time I looked through a pile to figure out what size/style I wanted, and was the complete opposite of helpful. No offer the help recommend sizes, recommend styles, or grab me new things from the changing room. My friend had to ask where to find things multiple times ... and the store was not busy at all. No wonder they aren't busy if you can't even shop through the jeans without hostile glances.

My friend and I waited for 10 minutes for a dressing room while the cashiers talked of boys, and rings, and pretty things behind the counter AFTER we already asked them for a room. Fast-forward to when we're checking out; she doesn't use my or my friend's coupon, my friend doesn't get the sale prices, they forget to take off the "buzzer alarm things" and I'm cut off midway through my sentences. And amazingly, all this was done while STILL talking of the apparently problematic boyfriends. Amazing talent, these girls have.

She said, "I am not trying to argue with you," to which I replied, "And yet you are." She eventually gave me the exchange, but wrote "do not exchange again - pants previously worn" on my old receipt. So not only does the product have bad quality, the customer service is atrocious. Instead of simply exchanging the pants, the employee spent ten minutes arguing with me - guaranteeing that I will not return AND that I will let others know. Bad, bad customer service decision. The company doesn't have a website, FYI, which is suspect.
