Got home and I started to have problems with the batteries, it was not charging properly and whenever I tried to turn on the vape it said something about battery problem on the screen..k so called them, I talked to the boy who sold it to me and he told me to try to reset and if it didn't work that I should just bring it back so he could take a look....that's what I did, cause it wasn't working. I got there, they tested and figured it was the battery, it wasn'tworking properly...so they gave me new batteries and it worked.. Until I was dumb enough to remove the batteries ( I don't know why I did it) and I tried to put back in..and again I couldn't turn it on...I started to get anxious...so I decided to go back to the store one more time and this time it was the owner or manager that helped me.... turned out that me with my " cleverness" inserted the batteries backwards ‍‍‍ lol I felt so embarrassed but he was so,so cool about it.. and for my surprise he said that because it was my second time coming in he would help me and got me a, battery charger..also said that if I had any other problems to go back! My sister bought several supplements at my request during post partum that came with a promotional offer at a later date. When I decided to return a couple of unopened items (within the return window), I was told I couldn't process the return without also surrendering the promotional offer--even though I was immediately buying additional supplements that more than qualified me for the same promotion again. The staff insisted on the full original card being returned, acting as if I was trying to scam the system by keeping it. The interaction felt accusatory and overly suspicious from the start. Instead of working with me as a repeat customer who was still spending money in the store, they made me feel like I was committing fraud. No flexibility, no common sense applied--just rigid policy enforcement that treated me like I was dishonest. I understand stores need to protect themselves from abuse, but this approach completely lacks basic customer service principles. A simple solution like issuing a new card for my new purchase or verifying eligibility on the spot would have resolved it instantly. Instead, the experience was stressful and left a sour taste. While the product selection and prices might be decent, the way I was handled during this return makes me hesitant to shop here again. Customer service matters just as much as the products on the shelf. In this case, it fell far short.

PLEASE come here rather than buying kratom from a vape shop, gas station or from unvetted online retailers. Many of those products can be dangerous. This is a safe and regulated way to buy kratom. They also sell premade capsules, CBD products, kava, regular juices/drinks, capsule machines/empty capsules and scales. Their product is carefully sourced by the owners, who are deeply involved on every layer, and they strive to provide a good experience. There is zero trace of a sketchy headshop vibe, it reminds me of the top tier dispensaries in California. Their product changed my life, got me to surpass a year sober from alcohol (and still counting!) and I am so glad they've set up shop right here in SLC.
