My boyfriend and I used to frequently come to this store. I need to make it clear that we are the most easy-going people you will ever meet and we are DONE with this place and I genuinely hope this business gets shut down. They are literally funneling customers to other vape stores with how they act. They used to have the best staff, they knew what they were doing, knew the products they sold, and if ever we got something defective, they would replace it free of charge, no questions asked. I'm not sure if the owner of the store is just a scammer who doesn't care anymore or what the deal is, but he has hired the most incompetent, rude, untrained staff members who now work here and I'd seriously take your business elsewhere and go to another store if you plan on coming here. The last 10 or so times we've been in this store, any time we asked for nearly anything, they'd have no idea what we were asking. They were rude, impatient, and never seem to have anything we're clearly asking for and showing them to make it easier. The most recent vape I bought, I was assured by one of the employees that they'd always have the replaceable pods for them And if I have issues within the first two weeks, to bring in my receipt. Just now in there, the employee who helped me hardly made any effort to look, just muttering that they don't carry it anymore and kept grabbing coils, or giant pods despite me showing him what I was looking for and telling him the brand. I was frustrated and asked if they could replace my vape as I was told something different and all he could do was rudely mutter that he can't do anything since it's been used. I went here a couple times and there service sucks... they are rude but they are the closest place that holds my tank atomizers... went there today and there was a 15-17 year old totally ignored me until i said i need a new atomizer. told them it was a TFV18 and he asked double or triple i said triple... get this when they didn't have that he just said "well you get a double." I was pricing the areas smoke shops cause I plan on moving soon and this was one of the ones I stumbled upon. Well, I don't know if I have much to say about it but the customer service sort of sucked. The guy barely talked to me and stood there awkwardly while I looked. I didn't exactly feel very welcome. They have a decent amount and I know they have great hookahs so that's why I'm giving it three instead of two. I didnt ask for the prices but they looked nice. I suggest going to Smoke Depot just down the road if you need to go somewhere though. read more
