this was my favorite store of it's kind until Nate, the employee there, berated and kicked me out for no reason. I stepped too far behind the glass because I was trying to read the pods and Nate yelled at me very loudly to get back. Then I was like it's okay I'll go somewhere else and that's when he took the chance to tell me how disrespectful, rude and loud he thinks I am and then he kicked me out even though I was already leaving. I have been a regular for 3 years. I've probably spent $10,000 there total and Nate knows that but doesn't care because he seems to have some very personal problems with me that have all totally gone over my head. I have never left a smoke shop in tears but I did today. Decent place I have bought a couple things there before. Recently I bought a stratus enail for $150.00 it was super cheaply made. I should have known better and done my research. To be fair the guy said he did know a whole lot about and tried to sale me something different. Just three stars on there return policy because my product doesn't work. I'm less inclined to do that now... one of the newer super skinny white guys (wears ball cap) tried to pull a coil OUT of the blister pack and sell it to me. Not only is that against tobacco regulations in Utah, it's NASTY as H3LL I DO NOT want your nasty oily grubby hands touching my coil, that I will be smoking on... When I pointed that out, he said "well we have the papers that say the law, it doesn't say anything like that" ... which actually isn't true, you are prohibited to open a customers product for them. Ever. Not cigarettes, not juice, not coils... and it shouldn't matter ANYWAYS. cuz that's NASTY!! read more

Favorite smoke shop ever. Everyone who works here is AWESOME and helpful and knowledgeable. They have AWESOME selection and stock. The energy is so chill. Their prices are great. My favorite is that they carry Grav Labs and I love grav labs glass so much. I go here a few times a week. They also carry some fantastic CBD products. There are a ton of smoke shops in the area and I've been to a lot. But since I found this shop, I don't go anywhere else. They have everything I want and need. Best smoke shop in town, hands down. First time coming into the store. Daniel greeted me and seemed genuinely interested to help me find what I need. He was extremely helpful, and showed me a lot of different options and wasn't trying to rush me at all even though there were many customers in the store at the time. I only had a bit of time and ended up leaving because they were busy and I couldn't ring up in time. I came back the next day, Daniel remembered me, we talked about what I liked and didn't like and discussing options, then Raj (Store owner or manager I believe) came up with new products in the colors I wanted! He had over heard our conversations and had new products not yet on the shelf in the exact style and colors I wanted, and at an amazing price! EPIC customer service, I would never expect. He was so kind and thoughtful and in your typical smoke shop, customer service like that is non-existent. Daniel helped after pick out some awesome accessories, again taking his time and not rushing me and showing new accessories and how they worked. This will be my one and only place to come to now, and I will definitely recommend them to all friends and strangers, Smokers Guru is the best! The people are more interested in hanging out with eachother than to pay attention to customers there were 3 of us in store one guy greeted the others didn't even flinch the guy who walked in after us stood at the counter and the workers decided it was more important to finish there 5 min conversation about their plans from the day before than to help him 5 plus mins later he was finally able to buy the one item he wanted took literally 30 seconds to help him then we had to wait even longer to be acknowledged and helped and almost everything on this shop is way over priced can go to many shops and find same items for far less amd a more knowledgeable staff they barley grasped the concept of female to female attachments and other like 14 to 18 ok place if your near there and need something immediately but if you can wait you'd save some money for sure cool little shop but way cluttered read more

I have gone in many times and normally they are relatively helpful, but the last time I went in they were incredibly rude. Not only did they sell me the wrong atomizers, which I told them weren't going to work. They fumbled around and told me to come back if I had problems. Of course, I had problems. Went back, and when I told them again that they weren't correct this one paticular employee got so pissed that I had apparently questioned his moronic "expertise" or caught him trying to sell me the wrong part he yelled at me stating he "knows what clientele come in there", insinuating that I was another parking lot crackhead trying to score a free 3$ atomizer or something? I even offered to buy another one if they could just give me the right kind... I wanted to cry. I am actually a school teacher just buying e juices. It was so wrong and humiliating. He was again, so so rude. I will never go back again. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
