Everything in the container (Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and meatloaf) were really bold in flavor and didn't make you feel like you were sacrificing flavor for it being healthy. For 308 calories in a dinner that is filling- you really can't go wrong! Since trying the first one, I also tried the Sirloin Beef and Broccoli (355 calories) which had a bit of heat (spiciness) to it but otherwise the flavor was just YUM. Another winning meal!
