    Brandon T. Quality Customer Service!!!
    Jessie Q.

Wow, GREAT customer service! I came in-store today to only spend $50 max (on a budget) but Brandon T. up-sold me in spending $250 worth of supplements. Very thankful for your professional supplement advice, Brandon. I will be back in 30 days! Good service

I went to today apparently when I had my last exam I'm extremely vitamin d deficiency so they don't sell it in the regular pharmacies . I had to go down to the GNC store and buy me some vitamins from there they have all sorts of nutritional supplements and powder very nice place and very easy to find it's right there in Fenton parkway where Lowe's and Ikea shopping centers is at.

Came her to return something. Alex helped me out and he was very helpful and nice. He even recommended other stores that might have chewables. This store was well organized and stocked. Alex is the best! I'll definitely be back!

all the quest bar flavours in stock. only $2.19/$1.79, but they price match! free sample of lemon too! GNC fenton prky, san diego ca

I had another great customer service and pricing (on Quest products) experience here! GNC changed their pricing structure on the Quest Bars, so instead of "Buy 3 get 1 Free" at $2.99 each, you can buy one bar at a time for $2.19 or 10 or $20... either way, it comes out less expensive than before. However, the super friendly associate Drew priced matched them for me to the Sprouts sale price of $2.09. He told me the GNC franchise stores would do that anytime! The protein cereal bars are only $1.79 (vs $1.99) at The Vitamin Shoppe. The Quest bars were only $2.19 for the protein bars and $1.79 for the cereal bars. They had all the Quest bar flavours in stock. Also, they have a new free loyalty program that basically gives you money back on your purchases! Like I stated before, the associate, Drew, is super friendly and helpful. He will give you honest reviews on what he thinks of the different bars, will price match your purchases, rings your order up efficiently and is super duper polite. (The other associate I dealt with last time, Sophia, was also really friendly and helpful. When I told her I was too scared to try the Lemon flavour (the only one I hadn't tried) since the bars were so hit or miss (you either love em or hate em) and didn't want to waste my money she gave me a free sample (of one in the back that was due to expire next month). So nice!). The store wasn't busy, it was easy to find close parking even on a busy Saturday afternoon (although the parking complex/area in general can get busy since there is a Costco and Ikea in the same mall). The store was clean, organized and well layed out. I can't speak for the rest of the products/inventory, but they seemed to have standard issue GNC stock. It is one of the smaller GNC stores I have been in and selection of bars, other than Quest, was fairly small (I believe they only had FitJoy and Combat Crunch) which is kind of a bummer. Also, the prices of the individual bars were not posted so I had to ask the associate to scan each item which was annoying. I will definitely return when I'm in the area and need a good deal on Quest bars. I'm sure I'll get great, friendly service!

Prepping for a role. Thanks GNC! Thanks George!

I found out the hard way looking for some crackers at La Jolla I saw at the Del Mar location thinking I could buy them there. Nope! Whole Foods generally has healthier food and grocery options, but don't expect to find the exact same items at all locations. I wasn't a frequenter of Whole Foods, but being an Amazon Prime and credit card holder, I go there more often whenever I need to make an Amazon return. Being a Prime credit card holder, grocery shopping is really easy. I don't ever need to carry my credit card and just use the In-store QR code on my phone to pull up my account and charge my card all at once from the start of check out transaction! This location may be smaller than the others but it's busy all the time. It's really difficult to park here. They have a small lot in front of the store, rooftop parking and street parking. This location has a food bar, and a pizza bar (both smaller than the La Jolla location.) They have freshly made desserts in the display counter and boxed items ready to go. It's so hard not to look at all the beautiful desserts and want to try them all! I have my staples that I usually only pick up here... Synergy kombucha, Bitchin sauce, bakery made Crispy chocolate chip cookies, and Bubbies Mochi ice cream - these are the only mochi ice cream I buy! I'm super picky about flavor and texture, these are the best! They often have the ready to go boxed desserts like cookies and cakes on sale and displayed right when you enter the store. That is how I fell in love with my current favorite cookie! Crispy Chocolate Chip cookies! I love a super crispy, still chocolatey cookie. If you like Tate's cookies, you'll love these a hundred times more! The Hillcrest location is the only location that makes Crispy Chocolate Chip cookies. Again, I tried to get them at the La Jolla location and I asked the bakery if they had any, they told me no other location makes them. They also said if a certain dessert is favored by the staff, they keep making it! So to whoever loves making these cookies at Hillcrest, thank you!!! 2026: 32

First yogurt I can eat without thinking it tastes bad. I got in the store and got carried away by all the great offerings. Cold bar, hot bar, family meal deals, pizza made to order, sandwiches to order, sushi and rice bowls, soup.... list goes on. I'm impressed and wish this was closer to home. The distance and price of the yogurt will help me not spend too much here weekly. The store is very clean and well organized. I didn't have much interaction with anyone other than the nice lady at the specialty cheese section who greeted me as soon as I started browsing and at checkout. The lady at checkout was rude. She was having a conversation with her coworker and did not pause the convo to focus on providing customer service. She didn't even look at me when saying hi. She looked to give me my receipt because she dropped it the first time ... all while still talking to her coworker. I really liked the store!

Their mushrooms are clean and thoughtfully sourced, with a clear emphasis on quality and safety. You can feel the difference. The gummies and chocolates are made with natural ingredients, which matters when you're working with plant medicine in a therapeutic or intentional way. Dosing is where they really shine. Everything is precise and consistent, which is critical whether someone is microdosing for wellness or exploring deeper work. That level of reliability builds trust, especially for people who are newer to this space or using mushrooms with a specific goal in mind. What truly sets them apart, though, is the support. The guidance they offer is not surface-level. It's grounded, informed, and accessible. Their customer service is exceptional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the experience people are having. As a nurse, I'm especially grateful to see that they are incorporating plant medicine nurses into their model. That commitment to education, safety, and structured programming is exactly what this space needs as it continues to grow. If you can get over the fact that parking is a nightmare (tip: get there early and use the free parking lot at the DMV) you'll love every second of your time here. We got there around 9:30am and were lucky enough to snag a spot at the aforementioned lot - about a 5 minute walk from the start of the market. From there, we took about 2 hours to fully explore, including a quick stop at a cute and affordably-priced vintage stop right off the vendors' booths. There is a huge variety of goods, mostly consumables with a few jewelry and handmade goods worked in. The vast majority of consumables booths had samples. I tried balsamic vinegars, loads of dips, some fresh fruit and tomatoes, bread, tempeh, you name it. I wasn't even hungry for lunch after going! If you aren't keen on samples, there are lots of prepared food booths for a full meal. Prices are reasonable. I bought a delicious Mediterranean 3 layer dip for $6 and my brother got a massive focaccia loaf for $10. The vendors were very friendly and helpful. Many (most?) also had business cards with shipping info if you're like me and have a full suitcase already. I would consider this market a must-visit if you find yourself in San Diego on a Sunday. Loved it!

[Parking]: Difficult parking situation, but I got really lucky and found a street parking spot near the intersection of Cleveland Ave and Richmond St at 9 AM. Apparently visitors can park for free at the DMV parking lot (3960 Normal St), but the lot fills up quickly so come early. According to the website, visitors can also park at the United States Postal Service parking lot at 3911 Cleveland Ave. [Amenities & vendors]: The farmers market does not accept EBT. The market takes up about three large blocks and visitors can find produce, gifts, arts and crafts, flowers, clothing, etc. Not many fruit stands offer samples, but other non-fruit food vendors do provide free samples. The market also has a solid food court including one vendor selling coconut pancakes (Coconut & Co. Thai Fusion). The coconut pancakes (aka khanom krok - $4 for 8 pieces) reminded me of the sticky rice from mango sticky rice and these pancakes were actually quite good. [Conclusion]: Our party only ended up staying for 30 minutes, but overall this is a great farmers market for anyone who's looking for solid one-stop food options and not necessarily looking for a produce-focused farmers market.
