After already having it rough that whole day commuting from Barstow to San Diego in a U-Haul truck I find this place went in knowing I shouldn't have been there go inside and was one of the best experience I have had dealing with a cannabis location these guys were not racist they were on point they were very knowledgeable they were very very professional and to the point waste no time no yada yada and I just really appreciate these fellas this review was well overdue due to the facts I never even got a chance to smoke my cantaloupe I went into a Burger King up the hill somewhere and someone took off in my U-Haul truck with all of our belongings in it and it's just been spiral downhill ever since however today I am going back I hope to see these guys and hopefully they have the same stuff that I wanted when I came that time I never even got you indulge in it. So I came for their "Grand Opening" last Saturday on January 11th and had their flyer that said "Buy one get one for $5 Entire Store" excluding glass such as pipes and water pipes. While waiting in the super long line, I started picking out what 1/8th's I wanted to buy and which one's I wanted for $5 as I like to come in prepared knowing what I want so I don't hold up the line any longer. After the two hour wait, I get inside and show the bud tender and he replies, oh that buy one get one for $5 doesn't apply to items already on sale. Im like, the flyer doesn't say that, it says entire store. He replies, yeah that's only for full priced items. Im like WTF? You just threw me off cause I was already prepared and picked out what I wanted and now you're telling me I can't? I was like, screw it. Two hour wait for nothing so just give me the two edibles I won for 1 cent each outside from spinning the wheel. Dude felt bad and was like, here Im going to give you a free 1/8th. I was like, I don't want anything for free. I mean, Im upset but you don't need to give me something for free. In all honesty, it was a good Claybourne Co 1/8th of King Louis OG so I accepted it and also bought two of the other 1/8th's I intended to buy in the first place. My thing is, if you're going to put on a flyer for your grand opening that the entire store is buy one get one for $5 then that's how it should be or also put excluding sale items. I really like Wellgreens and the bud tender too that day was cool as well but I just felt bamboozled and dumb which I didn't like. read more

Asked them to honor the original price since this was 100% their mistake, and they refused. Their solution? "Try again Monday." That's not just bad service--that's zero service. Took my business elsewhere and spent more without the hassle. Not the way to treat someone who's been coming back for years!

This was a sharp contrast to some of the sketchy-bro behavior that I had experienced at other smoke shops. I could tell the owner was not very knowledgeable and does not vape because he has been smoking cigarettes for 30 years. This is both good and bad. Bad if you need vape advice but good if you know what you are doing and want to pickup a new juice flavor as I did. Prices - were either the same or a little less than what I found online: the 15ml bottle I purchased was $6 for one or $10 for two bottles. The 30ml bottle was only $15 where the last shop I went to charged $20. I'm purchasing small bottles because I want to try and have different flavors. The shop sells bongs and stuff like that for weed smokers and hookah bongs, and cigarettes and various tobacco products. My juice collection: 30ml Mint - 18mg nicotine (50VG/50PG)$20 was WAY WAY to high and super harsh. I gave it to a local homeless guy who was thrilled. 30ml Mango Peach Lemonade (70VG/30PG) $20 by The Stand 6mg nicotine - HUGE improvement. 15ml Decades Flip Side 0mg Nicotine (70VG/30PG) $6 by Decades eLiquid. Flavor? The label doesn't say. Update: hours later I dripped it into my vape pen and it was horrible! Advice: don't buy vape juice without smelling it first! I asked the owner to recommend popular flavors and he said it was popular - I find that very hard to believe. He should get into vaping not only to smoke fewer cigarettes but to get familiar with the flavors.

Please Don't give this place anymore chances to screw up and scam you into buying dead flowers with carnations as fillers. (the other pics of them doing the exact same thing to other customers!)

From day one, Santiago has been consistently professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. It's not just about doing his job; it's the way he does it. He sets the tone for the entire experience the second you walk through the door. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it really shows. This chain of dispensaries has to be hands down the best in the county. But this store on Home Avenue is pretty exceptional. I've been to most of the locations and this one stands out for some reason all of the time. Regardless of how busy and packed it could get everything always moves along quickly and orderly.
