Autumn Harvest had every dried herb I needed + more! The owner is so friendly + helpful and took his time to weigh, bag + label each herb for me. While he did so, my boyfriend and I looked around. He sells a host of natural products, supplements, drinks + there's the cutest little grocery area in the back. There's really something for everyone. Upon entering there was a new young lady at the register and she was completely clueless as to how to greet a walk in customer. I initiated the hi how are you and proceeded to read the menu. I wanted to walk out so bad and I wish did but I needed a treat. I went ahead, placed an order and headed out. During my wait, the store manager came out of his office with the same unwelcoming attitude. We made eye contact and no words were exchanged. Once I got to my location and opened my bag, of course my item looked nothing like the pictures posted. I had a glob of base and very little topping, I was already feeling uneasy so calling to complain just felt like a waste of energy. I'll never step foot in that establishment again. I like to spend my money with businesses that make me feel welcomed and appreciated.
