That said, Sprouts has the Best vegetables of any grocery store I've shopped at in 20 years. Amazingly all the vegetables taste wonderful and fresh as they should. Example: I purchased some peaches at Sprouts 2 days ago and enjoyed one last night and again a few minutes ago. Those peaches were absolutely delicious! Had I purchased them from a Publix, Kroger or Walmart, they'd have tasted somewhat like a peach and would have seem mushy and bland. Produce here is quality. I'm might seem more expensive, however for the taste, quality and freshness, to me it's a bargain.

I placed a mobile order at 11pm and chose the 6-7pm pickup time the following day. I went to the store at 5pm to request the order get fulfilled and find out what happened, the store manager informed me that they had "an overwhelming amount of orders" and that "Aldi should never have allowed that to happen" and couldn't fulfill the order because it was "first come first serve". I explained to the store manager that I placed the order yesterday and chose the latest time for pickup, my order should have been fulfilled by now; they offered no other resolution and kept scanning other customers groceries and essentially just gave me the "oh well" attitude. They offered me the following solutions: "you can shop the order now, you can pick it up tomorrow" or you can get it delivered." I informed the store manager that none of those options worked for me, that the delivery fee is over $30 not including a tip and I live over a half hour away. They could not be bothered to help me in any way. I got more assistance from Aldi corporate than from the store manager. I later learned from corporate that Instacart fulfills the pickup orders. Regardless of who was responsible, my order sat unfulfilled for nearly 16 hours with no advance notice, and the only solutions I was offered were to shop the order myself, wait another day, or pay extra for delivery. Will not be returning to this store.

Short hair, glasses older lady who acts like you are hurting her by shopping at this store. Everything is all over the place so you have to ask for help which is super annoying. The selection is also bizarre I came looking for 7 different things and only found 2. As we checked out on the screen flashed a coupon and she refused to honor it saying oh that's not current. It says March and it's March. I don't know if they're trying to operate on their own but also use cooperate things but if you have a coupon up you need to honor it. This is not the first time she's refused to honor a coupon either. I have another friend who watched a gentleman fuss with her about the same thing. She also had a complete attitude about opening the restroom. I get locking it but then don't make it obvious you don't want to walk back to open it. It's free to be nice and actually makes people want to shop there.
