I have been shopping at this Good Nutrition for well over a decade and today was the last day. I will drive to another location because the manager or owner is SO SO rude! Short hair, glasses older lady who acts like you are hurting her by shopping at this store. Everything is all over the place so you have to ask for help which is super annoying. The selection is also bizarre I came looking for 7 different things and only found 2. As we checked out on the screen flashed a coupon and she refused to honor it saying oh that's not current. It says March and it's March. I don't know if they're trying to operate on their own but also use cooperate things but if you have a coupon up you need to honor it. This is not the first time she's refused to honor a coupon either. I have another friend who watched a gentleman fuss with her about the same thing. She also had a complete attitude about opening the restroom. I get locking it but then don't make it obvious you don't want to walk back to open it. If you want to be followed around the store like a criminal you've found the store. I've been in this store several times and the first time I let it slide. Saturday my family went in due to certain products we purchase there and was followed like criminals around that store. We were asked if we needed help upon arrival and I advised all 3 women including Gina the manager, who later claimed she was not at the counter when she clearly looked me dead in my face upon entering. My adult son walked out and I told me youngest daughter to put everything back and we left. I did email the corporate office but with it being a holiday I have not heard anything. Please believe I will be following this through. Can't believe it's 2025 and still experiencing racial profiling. While the store has a pretty good selection of products and you can get a discount coupon sometimes, they are no longer friendly. When you come in, they give you a sideways glance, they don't say Welcome or Hello or anything. When you buy something, they don't say Thank You, or Hope you like it or go to hell or anything. Walked in for the first time today. Store was empty and got silence from the elderly lady behind the counter. No smile or greeting. Was looking for some new vitamins but didn't like the unfriendly service. I'll stick with the friendly service from Whole Foods. read more

My now elderly Mom and I have been buying our vitamins from Good Nutrition for many years. The store is well established and is privately owned so you are benefiting local entrepreneurs. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and it is easy to find what you want. A few years ago I needed a women's multi-vitamin and they recommended one that is excellent that I still take. There is plenty of parking. They even have a discount program where when you buy something they give you a discount for the next purchase. I lose coupons so appreciate that they keep the discount receipt in an envelope at the point of sale. The expiration dates are not long term but you have the discount if you need something (they also have honey, some snack food and tea) relatively soon. Their prices are competitive too. I came to the store looking for Burdock root. I decided to support a small business rather than going through Amazon or Whole Foods. However, the lady that helped me was so rude. How she spoke to me and the white man behind me was very noticeable. She spoke to me was cold and straightforward and with the white gentleman she was so cheerful. My 2 year old son moved one bottle on a shelf and she scolded him!!!!! Before I snapped on her, because she was elderly, I took the Burdok root, paid for it and left. Been coming here for over 8 yrs. And it is consistently my go to vitamin store. When I lived in Roswell we would often go to the one there as well. Here is what I like about them: 1. lots of parking. Even though they're located in a busy shopping center they are plenty of spaces even on Saturdays. 2. competitive pricing. Good nutrition is always 20-30% lower than Whole Foods or GNC. 3. Extensive selection. Most places has one or two brands of B-12 or CoQ-10 but not here. They have usually have at least 6 different brands of any item to chose from. 4. Well trained staff. Want to know which brand doesn't buy its ingredients from China? want to know what is the difference between CoQ-10 and ubiquinol? The staff here can tell you. That's the real difference between their competitor and Good Nutrition-friendly and knowable staff.... Next time if you are in need of vitamin C or something you saw on Dr. Oz. give these guys a shot. You won't regret it. read more

New to Woodstock gave them a try. I won't be back. Very poor customer service. Don't ask the person behind the counter where to find something. She will promptly inform you she's "just working the register" . When I returned to exchange an item for a different flavor, the person sitting behind the desk couldn't be bothered to get up and help me. She said they didn't have what I was looking for, but I was welcome to look for myself. To her surprise I found what I was looking for. She then stood up. It's 6:45 PM my daughter is needing Gabitral because she has an anxiety issue. This is the second time on a Saturday I needed it. Everything I read says the store closes at 7:00 P:M. I am on 92 at the light for Canton Rd, less than 1 minute away so I call and she says they are closing in 2 minutes. I say o.k but it's 15 minutes till 7. I was less than 1 minute away. She locked the door and refused to let me in. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. Same lady both times!! How does she stay in buisness? read more

The lady that runs this store is rude, apathetic, and unhelpful. She sits in front of the computer browsing the Internet. Didn't acknowledge me in the store. Didn't get up or even look up when I addressed her for a question. I was looking for orange blossom water, which she didn't have. She told me to take orange essential oil and shake it with water which is the same thing. If I had followed her advice, I probably would have gotten sick. It's a shame that a good store such as good nutrition could be run by such bad customer service. I'll go back to the Johnson Ferry location. It's father away but at least they care. read more

Not happy with this store right now. Arrived at 6:50 on a Saturday to get a cough syrup that they seem to be the only one in town that has it in stock. Figured we would be in and out before closing time.....except the doors were already locked! If you have business that states it is open until 7, and you are closed the next day, would you not be expected stay open UNTIL 7?!? My wife now has to wait and suffer until Monday when she will have to come in and get it. Again... NOT HAPPY!! read more

i was recently in the store and had a bad experience, although the two ladies were some what helpful this time, there was a guy there stocking shelves (skinny with blondish hair)that seemed to follow me from one aisle to the next,yes i am a minority,he never offered any assistance but seemed to have some type of personal and emotional problem,i am forced to believe that this establishment has had some discriminatory episodes,i for one will not waste any of my dollars in a caveman type thinking place of business,this is totally unacceptable & unprofessional,i wouldnt be surprised to hear of a lawsuit coming down one day read more
