When we got to the door there was a sign up saying the store was closed for inventory....oh no I was so disappointed BUT the lovely lady inside saw me peeking in and opened the door. I told her my story and she was so kind and gracious to let me in as long as "I didn't mind the mess". Alas, the dress was nowhere to be found (my fault for not snatching it up when I had the chance). The co-owner even called her partner while I was there to see if she knew the location of the dress. I love when someone goes above and beyond what is expected in order to help a customer. Kudos to you Lulu...I will be back.

When I posted on the group that I have been repeatedly trying to reach her over an extended period of time through private messaging (her preferred method as stated in the group) she removed and blocked me from the Facebook group. BEWARE of seller. She's either scamming people or in over her head with the business. Either way, there were multiple other ways that respectful business owners would have handled my situation, and she did not. Same shopping trip, at check up, my cashier, a young man named Jacob, was a delightful, necessary, employee doing his job with a pleasant attitude and positive customer service. I thought they both were good representives of what shopping a big store should be. I try not to use self service checkout. Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!
