The wait time isn't that long and I was able to see the technician in 20 mins for my ultrasound. Farah, my technician was very nice and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and even let me take a video of the ultrasound for my husband since they only allow one person at a time because of Covid. Overall, really good experience. I think I prefer this place over my regular place and will be coming back for sure

As a result, they're either very efficient and you're seen on time, or you may end up waiting an extended period. The building is fairly new and still clean. However, paid parking is required, which I find frustrating in this day and age. I'm also not a fan of their booking process -- the phone just rings and rings, and you often have to call multiple times. They offer the option to upload your requisition, but then take too long to respond. That said, today they were right on time, and things moved pretty efficiently. Saluti

The receptionist who assisted me was dismissive, unprofessional, and spoke to me in a cold, rude tone with no empathy. She essentially told me to "research it myself" when explaining the long wait times for ultrasounds. This is not the first time I have encountered her, and it has become clear that her negative demeanor is not an isolated incident. Someone with such an attitude should not be working as the first point of contact for patients who are already feeling unwell. On a positive note, the X-ray technician, Holly, was exceptional. She was warm, professional, and genuinely caring, and she significantly improved my experience. Overall, while the clinical care was excellent, the customer service at the reception desk needs serious improvement.

I'm a little hesitant to write a glowing review of this Alpha Laboratories location because it's a…read morehidden gem and I don't want it to get busy, but here goes. Alpha Laboratories opened up here just a couple of years ago when the plaza was developed. There are a lot of parking spots that get filled up quickly, but I've never had a problem finding a spot. The lab is fairly small inside. The waiting room seats several people, but it's not particularly useful since the wait is extremely short. I haven't seen more than 2 others waiting when I come by. When you walk in, they give you a slip with a number on it. On the other side is a sudoku puzzle to help pass the time. How thoughtful. However, I rarely have to wait longer than 10 minutes. This is a huge contrast to some of the more popular labs, like Life Labs. I've been to multiple Life Labs locations in the past and there's always a line out the door and the wait can be an hour or more. The phlebotomists here also work the front desk. They're both skilled and caring. They get the job done quickly. Alpha Labs is my go-to place for blood work because I value my time.
