Staff and technicians are efficient and friendly and courteous. Last Friday I went here for sinus cavity CT. From the registration desk to returning to my car, it was less than 20 minutes. Sure it depends on what you are having done, but everyone is well-organized and efficient.

I received a phone call and text message reminder before my appointment and when I arrived there was absolutely no waiting. My technican, Sandy, was a gem! I couldn't ask for a better person to make me comfortable and explain everything to me. The facility was clean and lots of privacy available. Off to 180 Park Club Lane I dashed and into the new location. It was a little unnerving as I don't like change and signage was not real clear. I checked in to the friendly front office worker behind glass. There was plenty of hand sanitizer around and all people were properly masked. Info was exchanged and a non-touch temp taken of my wrist. I barely sat down when I was called for my imaging. Holy cow I was so nervous. I was pleasantly shown to a little changing booth, told here's where you take your stuff off, and place your clothes in this bag and let me know when you're ready. Moments later I was ready and escorted to the mammo room and told her I was really anxious. She asked what I was afraid of. I said I'm just anxious. She then asked the magic question: so, do you have a dog? And instantly I was at ease as we chatted about rescue dogs and such. The procedure was honestly painless, minor - and I mean minor - discomfort. No cringing, no bullets to bite. This woman is a super pro. Snap! Just like that, I was done. We walked to a seating area, I clutching my pink plastic bag, gown still on. Before I had time to drum my fingers, worry what they might find, and what seemed like moments later, I was awarded a piece of paper with the "all good" area checked and see ya next year. Seriously? This thing I was dreading was now over? I will return here and ask for this pro again. Very happy. Now time for a Tim Horton's reward! TimBit anyone?

So I get the breast examination done wow the technician was a little short patient and says to me turn the same way as I just told you on the other Breast, I said well I had i a brain injury and I don't remember what you told me to tell me again. Then I wait for the results for the doctor and they come out and bring me a paper and says call your doctor and tell him you need a referral for a ultrasound so now I worry, I said, don't get to talk to the doctor. Well, you just said take this paper to your doctor. OK now I'm concerned so I said I want to see the doctor. There was absolutely no other customers in there ,I wait another 15-20 minutes. I go and talk to the doctor I asked him a question then he called the x-ray technician and tell her to explain to me how to call a doctor and make appointment. I told him I don't need her to explain to me how to make an appointment but again this is their pettiness toward people of color then she says to me I just told you in the other room and I said well if you just told me you tell me again I just told you in the other room. I had a brain injury and I forget then I asked the secretary that took me in. Is this gonna go to my doctor all of it Will and then she said something smart and I says oh now I see why I didn't come back here immediately as she goes well yeah sorry that you had such a bad experience but more or less that's your problem since I said no problem. I'll just list how my treatment was on social media. What you do that OK and here it is I'm listing it. Do not go to the Breast center on main and Depew in Buffalo New York if you are a person of color, have a good day.

However, I was seated for only 10 min, checked in, and brought to the screening room. Everyone was apologetic (no need) and very accommodating. This is the first time the exam did not hurt! New technology? The place was clean and decorated well (not gray). They even had an aromatherapy machine in the exam room! Plenty of parking and seating in the waiting room. I used to go to Seaton but the office staff is surely and the building could use a facelift.

It reduces your intake to about 3 minutes. I was in-and-out in about 45 minutes, not bad for two separate screenings. I would recommend WINDSONG for all your annual screenings

I've been going to this site for many radiological services. However this recent company takeover…read moreneeds some feedback. I had a mammogram and was told not to wait for the results.??WHAT?? Much better patient care and peace of mind if I get the results right then and there, if additional studies need to be done. Who wants to go home and get a call from primary care in a week or check your results on the portal?? Really guys (and gals)?? 2 years ago I needed more testing after my mammo. If I had had to go home and THEN come back in I would have definitely freaked out. Windsong execs please ask your patients what they would want before making these types of changes. Mammo results are done THAT DAY! I know because I'm a physician and have a brother who's a radiologist. I know how quickly they are available. Think about the patient and their care before cutting costs. Also, think of the environment and get rid of plastic bags that you put your newly laundered gowns in. Such a waste.
