Out of the 4 estimates I received, his was a lower cost & for a much better system with a heat pump. I questioned if he offered any discounts/rebates, & his answer was that he charges a flat rate (for system & installation) & doesn't show a bunch of discounts to make the customer feel good about getting a good price. Jesse was very responsive to all my email inquiries & answered everything I had questions/concerns about - approx 6 emails). He kept me informed up to the day of installation. The install went very well & it was only 1 day w/o A/C vs the other HVAC companies of 2 days - including from major, more popular companies.   I also had duct cleaning done - the same day. They were careful to cover all furniture & carpeting to avoid falling dust. They also took the extra effort & cleaned/washed my register vent covers, & cleaned up the work site upon completion. Had a new AC unit installed at a property. Afterward, I found sheet metal screws and small pieces…read moreof sheet metal debris left throughout my front yard. One of these screws ended up in my tire, which I took to Discount Tire to be repaired (they completed the repair at no charge). While Vista Pros did offer to pay for the repair, my concern was the inconvenience of having to deal with a flat tire due to the debris left behind. They also offered to return to clean up the yard, but I had already cleaned it up myself by that point. One of the installers was a smoker, and I noticed a strong odor of smoke inside my home during the project. In my personal opinion, the overall experience fell short of what I consider professional and satisfactory. They provided two maintenance visits with the new AC unit. When they came, it was during the wintertime, so they inspected my heating system. I was told the blower motor needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. They told me the circuit board had burn marks and needed replacement. Because I wanted to be sure, I had a third party inspect it, who stated the board was functional and did not need to be replaced. When the company reached out to schedule the second maintenance visit, I declined, having decided to no longer use their services based on my previous experiences. When I informed them of my decision and my reasoning, I felt their email responses were overly pushy in trying to get me to schedule or use their services again. They did offer to try to make things right, but I chose to move forward and decline further contact. When I posted my initial review, the company emailed me claiming that attempts to damage their reputation are considered defamation and can warrant legal action, while requesting that my post be accurate. Wanted to charge me $3000 to dig a hole in the front yard on Apricot loop on 6/10/2026. Cost me $547 for him to waste my time. Hired a real plumber from Globe to drive out, locate my sewer pipe, dug down 3 feet to the clean out pipe with a 4 man crew for $740.90 in just 2 hours. Advanced Air is not a company anyone should do business with when it comes to plumbing.
