Cleaner did not clean tops of cabinets. Property manager did not hold tenants accountable for lawn maintenance... so charged departing tenant for mowing but did not charge for necessary weed spraying (estimate 3 applications).

Always paid on time, never loud, didn't ask for much that wasn't unreasonable. That didn't matter to Brian. Do not do business with this company. They are nothing like what Witt and Associates was like.

They're straight with you and tell you if there are any issues. #2 They were timely in their responses. I got my FULL deposit back less than a week after I moved out. #3 They stay out of your business, but if you need maintenance, they're ON it! I would definitely rent from them again, if I ever move back to the Bozeman area. Unlike some experiences I've had before, they're great to rent from without all the bullshit of others.
