The party was at a local park in Alameda, and Jump Jump & Away was one of the park's preferred vendors since they have insurance paperwork on file. After checking their website, and Yelp of course, we felt comfortable renting from them. The entire process was seamless. The instructions were very clear. For parks, you must also rent a generator. There was also a travel fee of $80 to Alameda (but this may differ based on location). They texted me the day before to confirm their arrival time. You must be there when they arrive so you can sign the contract. They arrived right on time, and the entire setup took about 15 minutes. You must also wait for them to arrive for pick up since you don't want to leave the bounce house unattended. They were prompt with pick up as well. The bounce house was the hit of the party. We got the 13x13 and it was plenty big for at least 8-10 kids in there. It was sturdy and in good condition. Rules are no shoes or food in the bounce house. Overall, a well-run, efficient, and reliable company. Would rent from them again.
