    Drinking on the rooftop

Loved the vibe here and the rooftop area. We came here for drinks, so didn't have any of the food, but the drinks were fantastic and the view was great! I got the pineapple rum punch! The bartender said he'd been working there for 7 years and he sure knew what he was doing! Will go back.

10 years later and I still come here every time I visit my parents. Now I'm buying for all my kids! The food is fresh. The service is fast even when it's busy and the vibes are awesome. Have yet to find a better spot

The food came out fast, using a Chipotle style serving line. I opted for tacos and got three. I was not disappointed. They were sloppy loaded and falling apart good! They also had a salsa bar to go with your tacos or burritos with like 8 different styles! Basic beers, sodas and an eclectic, buzzing vibe, it's was a fantastic.

I've already been back because it's THAT good. One complaint - they got rid of their Cheerwine slush machine. I was pretty upset when I noticed. I hope it's just getting fixed or replaced because it pairs so well with their burritos. I got a burrito this time and we got some queso and guac to share. You seriously can't go wrong. My friend got a burrito bowl and IT WAS MASSIVE.

I ordered through DoorDash, paid extra for two wet burritos (that's $6 extra, by the way) and a side of queso. I opened the bag and immediately realized the entire order was messed up. No "wet" burritos. No queso. Nothing I actually paid for. To make it worse, my family also had issues with their food, so I had to drive there myself to get everything fixed after already spending money on delivery, and with a flat tire. Literally putting myself at risk because the staff can't follow a printed ticket. When I walked in, the night shift employees were on their phones, giggling with each other. The girl with bright red hair and the boy with light brown hair could not have looked more annoyed that a customer dared interrupt their hangout. The person who seemed to be the manager didn't greet me, didn't apologize, didn't try to help just stared at me.When I explained the situation, the employee acted confused and asked for the receipt, even though I clearly had the DoorDash ticket on the bag showing exactly what I ordered. They read it, rolled their eyes, and looked at their manager like they had no idea what to do. The manager's solution? "Well put queso on it." That's not leadership, and it's definitely not customer service. When they finally handed me the corrected food, they slapped on a fake smile and said, "Have a good night!!" Honestly? It was the worst service i've ever had from there. most likely will find somewhere else.

Go burrito, never disappoints. This place is legendary with my best friend and her husband from their time at Pfeiffer. They got me hooked, and I love it. It's way better than Chipotle, but unfortunately, there aren't enough of these around. This place is a no-frills ambiance. Probably best subscribed as a fast-casual restaurant. The service is always speedy and with a smile. This place is a great happy hour spot, especially during the summer when you can sit out on the rooftop of the rum bar and enjoy some margaritas. Today, I came for lunch and ordered the delicious beef nachos. Everything was fresh, and I left stuffed through dinner time. For dessert, I got the fruity pebbles rice crispy treat, which never disappoints and is good to share with a few people. One of my favorite features of the restaurant is the salsa bar. Both of the peach flavors are good. This is always a solid, fresh, cost-effective option in the area.

1st visit. The atmosphere was energetic & fun. Burritos are HUGE! We did not go upstairs. We went at noon; so it was understandably busy. My co-worker and I both ordered burritos (steak & ground) with our individual choice add ons. So, again it was busy but both burritos went through the (machine) toaster and they were both just barely luke warm. And, boring so incredibly boring; could be attributed to it being room temperature. I suspect they count on the salsa's to boost the taste but trust w/o salt or salsa the "proteins" w/ (mushy) rice were bland. Wts, I got it home; airfry, salt & salsa it was better. I will definitely go back but I'll try the chicken next; I've heard it has more flavour. For almost 35.00+ it was a "taste" disappointment. However, based on the other reviews this just might have been an off day. Thank you.

Always excellent. I met my girlfriend here last year and the place didn't disappoint. (Still with her). We are back enjoying great music, friendly staff and wonderful food in a beach themed place near home.

Pleasantly surprised! Fun atmosphere and creative food choices that go far beyond a typical NC burrito joint. We went to see a play in the theater downtown and honestly this was the only place open on a Sunday at 4. I am so glad we happened upon this little spot and will be returning when in the area! We split the San Diego Burrito and it was awesome! How can you not love fries in a burrito?! The employees were all super sweet and one suggested the fantastic rice crispy treat we got as well and it's literally the best one I've ever had omg! Loved this place!

happened upon this fun little burrito barn in Salisbury midway through an afternoon drive last week. I'd been here a couple times for work and figured I'd give it a try since getting some mexi-cali is easier than wings and things... turns out burritos can get complicated fast: choose a food (burrito, ques, salad...) a protein, some beanage, maybe a ricing? and some combination of a dozen or so toppings and something from the hot sauce buffet? OR just get one of the house suggestions, like the San Diego! it's got fries in it! tuck into it like the gnarly califoreigner surfer dudes do and chase it with an two-horse amber or other potable. so good! especially while camped out in the relative calm of the not yet open for service second floor bar - the weather wasn't suitable for the rooftop, maybe another time?

Nice small place , staff was okay not all too friendly or helpful. Menu left a lot to be desired. We got a burrito and burrito head both were okay nothing to brag about . Staff didn't ask if we wanted to add or adjust anything on them . Really don't plan on going back was just a nice let's go try this tonight for something new . Really fail short on the potential it has and what it could . Price is on the high side for what you get both quantity and quality . Only plus was they had a lot of great and wide variety salsa to pick from .

On our visit on Thursday, the worst part of the meal was our service. The waitress was unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude. She sat my husband's plate down and it had a hair on it. He told her and she grabbed the plate and held it up in the light to try to see the hair, as if she did not believe it was there. It was. Then she just took it to the kitchen without even speaking to us. She never refilled our drinks. She was never nice about the hair in the food or about our drinks being completely empty. We finally stopped another waitress who brought tea and water to our table. The chips used to be good. They used to serve pico with the chips. Now, they charge for the pico and they have changed to a cheaper chip. They are thick and not good. They are not even served warm. We will not be giving this restaurant any more of our money. The rude waitress needs to find a job she feels is worthy of her time, because she obviously things she is above waiting tables. The man who acts as the manager fawns over some customers who come in, but completely ignores all of the rest of the customers. No onoe comes by and checks on the tables. No one cleans up the debris dropped in the floor around the tables. This is the worst Mexican restaurant in the area.

I prefer the pork, bean and cheese option but other meats and a veggie option are also available. These are paired with a lightly pickled cabbage slaw. We also had the beef Pastelitos. My biggest problem is pricing from their menu never matches what you end up paying. There's no itemized receipt either and they often end up forgetting items you ordered, but without an itemized receipt you never know if they added the charge without providing the item or not. The ambiguous nature of menu prices lends itself to discriminatory pricing. Unfortunately for that reason I will not be back. Based on the more recent reviews it seems they have chosen to continue this practice of discriminatory pricing. Also, it's cash only so that adds to the headache of how much cash to bring. There's no reason why the owner can't just take a marker or white out and update their pricing, leading me to believe this is intentional.
