Today was the best cleaning we have ever received. Not only did they upgrade some of their equipment. It appears that, at least today. They leveled up their staff. Usually the person standing outside spraying cars is a useless person, more interested in listening to their music on the air buds. They would miss spots, not do the back, leave dirt. Miss windows. But not today, I hope this is a new trend for them. I finally feel like I'm getting my money's worth. We had considered getting rid of the membership, but decided to be patient, and I'm glad we did. We have slowly been seeing improvements. The only thing holding them back now, are the employees, unless of course they leveled up in that department. This was E Ridge Rd location, but I love how many locations we have to choose from.

I don't like that it doesn't do the under carriage and it didn't get a lot of grime, bird poop and bug blood off my car. I probably won't be back because it is not powerful enough to clean my car. I understand it's not going to get everything off every single time but when I go to other car washes they get most of the crap off my car. I would say that this clean my car about 75% compared to the 90% I get elsewhere.

Two days later I started to have lights on the dash. Today I took it back to them after I found both posts were totally loose. They refused to refund after I showed them how loose the posts were.What repair shop would make a rookie mistake by not checking that the posts were tight. They sure had no charge using a diagnostic device to replace a obvious, first place to look (battery post) .
