I love to support local and this place is family owned, well maintained and convenient. I haven't used the automatic washes but love the hand wash. There are lots of features and they accept credit / debit so no need for change. The vacuums are well spaced, have reasonably long hoses and are free. Once a staff member walked past while I was vacuuming and noticed that my floor mats were dirty so he offered to spray them off for me. Great service for a self serve facility! read more

I'm always pleased with the no-touch lane at this car wash. The wash options are reasonable ($7.99+) and they offer monthly subscriptions (for those of you much better at maintaining a clean car than I). I appreciate that they accept credit cards, and that they keep up with the mechanics so you always know what you're supposed to do no matter if you change up the level of wash. I have not used any of the other lanes, but there are a few options for self-cleaning and attended washes. The lanes all make sense so you're never crowded too much, and have an easy way to get out when your wash is done. read more

The location is convenient and usually not overcrowded. I had good experience here and wanted to support local family-owned businesses. Everything was good until I went to cancel my monthly subscription, which left a really bad taste in my mouth. I wanted to cancel my car wash subscription with Perinton Express Car Wash because I hardly went there over twice a month in the past year or so. In the last week of September, I went to the office and an associate came to welcome me. The cancellation process was very friendly and fairly simple, all I had to do was to sign a form for cancellation and I was told by the associate that the subscription will end by the end of September and I will not be charged anymore. On October 1st, I received an email receipt for October that I was charged for another month of subscription. I simply thought maybe Perinton Express Car Wash did not process my cancellation on time so I took time and went back again to the office on Monday October 3rd. A different associate came out to talk to me, he was also very friendly. He talked to me to understand the situation and told me that he will let the owner know and give me a refund. On October 4th, I received a phone call from the owner of Perinton Express Car Wash. He told me that I did not give them a two-week notice for cancelling the subscription therefore I was charged for October and will not refund. I asked how the heck I know there is a two-week notice required for cancelling a car wash subscription? He said it was written in the contract/receipt at the time of signing up the subscription. I told him that the associate confirmed my cancellation in the last week of September and I will not be charged anymore, shouldn't I trust the word from the associate who works here? The owner then asked who the associate was and told me he will need to re-train him. At this point, I stopped arguing with him because I lost my faith to this place, mostly to the owner of this local family-owned business that I thought would be nice to support. read more

This car wash chipped paint off of my new Subaru in 2 different places. The manager was very unhelpful. Would not recommend.

This place is ridiculous I did the do it yourself was with the "new" so called amazing foam it was 3$ yet it was barely shooting the foam out and it was timed so I had to try and spray my car with it all while it was barely coming out. I asked the worker there he said it's because the pressure ???? well then would u mind helping me find a different wash that will do the job!?? After the foam I had to PAY to rinse my car off with water I had no coins left so I swiped my card IT CHARGED ME 5$ TO RINSE MY CAR OFF FOR 3 minutes with water. I proceed to give the car rug cleaner a try and it had the scent pina colada ! It was not coming out after I paid in intention if that and I asked the worker he said he doesn't know what the purpose of that even is and walked away. The car wash is better than most that I have been to before. The bugs are mostly taken care of by the wash. Undercarriage wash is good too. Unlimited free vacuum is also helpful for me to get rid of stubborn dog hairs that are difficult to get rid of from the upholstery. read more

First time at this car wash. Easy access and lots of options for any car type-touchless, auto and self service. Friendly staff that paid special attention to some extra mud on my truck. Also loved the free vacuum after! I'll be back for sure! read more

Awful. My car didn't look any different or cleaner afterwards. The spots of dirt on my car hadn't even been slightly cleaned. Ended up having to clean my car myself. Not happy and will not be returning. read more

Terrible business!!!!!! Do not go!! Brand new 2015 car that never went through a car wash comes out with a tremendous series of mechanical looking scratches alongside the entire vehicle immediately after the wash, owners claim ZERO responsibility. Do not give this place your business or your car could be damaged next! read more
