I should not have trusted them to be ethical or professional and found upon reviewing the stack of forms and papers that I had an envelope purporting to be a tax return whose only resemblance to a tax return was purely coincidental. Instead, I will probably end up having my taxes done by a reputable CPA and re-submitted to the IRS. I also received forms to refer my friends to these "professionals in exchange for a $40 referral fee. No thank you. I would recommend J-H to my worst enemies and only then if they had an active case of the covid virus. Oh yes the price for this "return" was only a modest $389. Senior citizens beware and get your tax assistance elsewhere. I will refer the Bastrop J-H office to the office of Consumer Protection in Austin , Texas.
