They are specialty contractors who were able to assist us in updating our mid century home to today's standards before putting it on the market. The first thing we wanted done was to have our basement family room thoroughly redone. They tore out the old paneling, flooring, and ceiling and redid it all with a much cleaner, fresher look, also installing new canister lighting in the ceiling. Two of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor needed updating. They refinished the wood flooring in one to match the wood in the rest of the home, then stripped the wallpaper and repainted. In the other, we had water damage from years ago on the old stucco ceiling and well as shelving that was outdated. The shelving was removed and the ceiling was completely redone. They also added overhead lighting. We chose to add more to the project because we were so pleased with the handiwork of Osh and his staff, Maher, and Jose. They completely renovated our old basement utility room and updated the plumbing as well. We then requested that they turn their attentions to an old run down workshop attached to our garage. It is now a delightful "man cave" ready for the right handyman to come along.

We got several bids for the project, and Brothers not only gave us the lowest bid, but we also felt the most comfortable with them on a personal level. - as they struck us as very straight-forward, honest and trustworthy. Jim, Eric and their team not only did an incredible job executing our vision, but also brought their own expertise and insight into how to best transform a space. They really have a knack for both the craftsmanship aspect of remodeling as well as a good eye on how to utilize your floor plan. Our basement was half-finished with a mix of concrete, ratty carpet and wood paneled walls. They knocked down a wall, re-did the floors, added drywall, framed a storage room, built a bathroom, added canned lights, put in new windows and additional electrical outlets. What once looked like a rundown area of our townhouse now looks like an upscale hotel suite complete with the beautiful bathroom that they added. They completed all the work on time and on budget, and we couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job. Not having a lot of experience in the world of renovation/remodeling, it was such a relief to deal with honest, hard-working guys who treat you like family and don't try to hose you over. In addition to doing excellent work, they were all nice, respectful and easy to get along with - and we felt 100% comfortable with them going in and out of our place for the better part of a month. One more point I would like to mention is that during the remodel, we had an issue with our furnace. Four Seasons came out and quoted us around $1,000 to fix it. We told the brothers about it, and they said that sounded excessive. Jim and Eric took care of the parts and labor for $300 that same day, and it's been running perfectly since then. If we ever need any more work done to our place, Brothers would be our only choice, and I would happily recommend them to friends, family and anyone who's looking for great work on their house or condo at a fair and honest price.

The one of the manager blamed the other manager for the miss communication. I review some of workmanship at eye level and it was totally done incorrectly. I explain exactly how I wanted done and as soon as I left they they cut corners. Now I am going to have to have an inspector review my roof to assure me that portion of the work was done correctly. I am very senior person and I feel I have been taken advantage of.
