Most recently I was looking for a set of hard hat accessories, and Theresa went the extra mile to try and help track down some niche product information and look for alternatives when things weren't quite lining up. While we weren't able to find a solution this time, she put in an impressive amount of effort for a fairly low cost order and a customer who had some fairly particular questions, looking up various model numbers, material details, and checking for compatibility between parts. Not everyone I've asked that type of stuff is willing to help me find the info I'm trying to get, and I really appreciate when someone is. I know of at least one other guy in the trades nearby who has spoken highly of them, and while I normally don't leave many reviews, the folks I've dealt with definitely earned a shout out.

It seems the company does have inventory shortcomings but thats part of business, Kristin refunded my paypal for the difference and the vest is great and it was a great price.Its hard to find 3XL vests. If you order something online , its your own job to keep tabs on the email . Also I will admit they didn't immediately give me my tracking number , perhaps it was in my account but I was so expecting this to be a scam company like Sammydress that I was pleasantly glad to see the hoodie cost was refunded and all is well. So i'm going to suggest this company 's performance relates to what you buy and if they happen to be out of stock just get the charge refunded and look around the internet more.

We ended up purchasing 3 bikes- 2 Electras and one Trek-which they delivered to our home free of charge the next day. (We didn't have space in our vehicle). We had to come in a few days later due to a flat on my son's bike and were offered the same friendly service. I was fully expecting to pay for the tire repair but they said don't worry about it and I was on my way in about 10 minutes.

I visited Harris & Willow over the weekend and found MULTIPLE nice items in plus sizes. Clothes for work and clothes for weekend and more things that I wanted, but had to practice some self-control. So happy to have a realistic option to support local and get something outside of big box stores. I hope they run some sales/have coupons so I can compete price wise with other stores if similar quality. Great stuff, though, so I hope they keep up the great selection so this can become a reliable stop on my search to be well dressed.
