Well, we were scooting down the road, when the tire starting going flat. I decided to ride to this store to buy a portable bicycle pump. When I arrived, I asked if they could help me pump my tire up so I could get home (planning on buying the pump after). The man sized me up asked if I bought the bike or the trailer there. I said no (they were a gift). He said "well since you chose to spend money somewhere else, I can't help you" and refused to pump up my tire. He then turned his back and went back to doing whatever he was doing. I left without purchasing the pump. He lost at least $50 that day by being rude. I just spent $1,400 on a mountain bike last year, and $800 on a cruiser bike- of course I didn't go here to buy them. I hope they have improved their customer service since then. It was a while ago, but I think it should still be said, as I still feel the sting of his incorrect perception of me.

It took about a week to have a full tune up done (as well as a few other fixes I requested) in the middle of July. I can't see any reason at all not to recommend this place for repairs. He said to bring it in and we made the short drive to the shop. The store was fairly busy and I don't think we were there more than 20 minutes and the bike was fixed.
