It's very clean and well organized, and in a safe area. The prices are better than any other shop in the area, based on what I've seen. My dealings with them have always been fair, honest, and they carry good quality products. Unlike your usual head shop, I don't feel like I'm overpaying here even when compared to online prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's usually a couple folks working so you never wait long. I've dealt with several different staff members (and the owner/manager I think?) over the years and they always know their stuff and can give quality recommendations. I think this place deserves a much better rating than it currently has, it's the best this side of the river.

All the sales people ive encountered have been super helpful, and I've sincerely appreciated their honesty in their opinions on the vapes, flavors, and what is an exact match to what I'm looking for or pretty damn close. I ended up staying and chatting for about an hour with the owners, who are really funny, knowledgeable and never pressure you to buy anything. I use and am happy with my eGo style battery and did upgrade to a Protank, because I was tired of cracking/leaky tanks, but they've never pressured me into upgrading to a mod or anything else. Of course I know they'd be helpful if I ever did want to, but respect that's not what I'm interested in now. They have a tasting bar, and their juices are awesome. Their tobaccos are some of the best I've had, and they have a great assortment of unique flavors I haven't found anywhere else, too. Their fruit flavors, which I'm not usually a fan of, are really realistic, and I've picked up a couple to mix things up now and again. I have and definitely will continue to return.
