Smokeless was an overall excellent experience and I will be coming back whenever I can! The parking is a small shared lot with spitz and rusty taco but also free street parking. So great parking situation. The location is awesome too. You have some of their products and then take in a snack at any of the 3 great restaurants within walking distance. An important factor to me is cleanliness and it was so clean and felt very well maintained. I walked in and automatically felt comfortable. Finally, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and with out judgment which is really important to me. They will spend hours with a customer just to make sure that what you're purchasing fits your needs and that you understand the device you're buying. They only use the finest, top shelf eLiquid to concoct the variety of flavors they have. Personally, I enjoy "Blackbird" "Cherry Bomb" "Cool Runnings" & I Iook forward to anything new they come out with. The staff are friendly and knowledgable about their products. They even hold classes on how to modify your devices! Every lounge they have is hard to not stick around to watch TV, play Nintendo, Shuttle Board or just put your feet up. I live closer to the NE location. Austin is a mod genius and you can ask the man anything if you need some help. I recommend the Bloomington location just for the cookies and coffee! QUIT SMOKING. This place is a waste of time and money. The staff is pretentious and will lead you to believe that their products are superior to others found in the area. This is false. Their primary brand offered is mellow fellow, which produces mediocre thc substitutes. They also represent a small portion of the market supply of substitute thc products. When you ask if they ever would or have offered other products, they reply smugly that they only offer the best of products, which again is obviously not true as they only offer one brand and it is again, mediocre at best. I would much rather purchase urb or torch products before mellow fellow, but of course their staff were unaware of these brands existence. On top of the smug attitude and limited product variety, they charge you an arm and a leg for their mid-level products. Absolute waste of time, mine as well bring yourself to uptown and shop at Loon smoke or uptown tobacco and ecigs. Each offer a variety that dwarfs smokeless and at much more reasonable prices. Please, do not waste your time with this place. P.S. It would appear as though the space is designed as a hangout/potentially a smoke bar? But the only person in there on a Friday night was a homeless man who requested a ride, money and a cigarette from me on my way out. None of the staff attempted to intervene. So apparently that is just part of their "experience." Update: response to Angie: Although I was denied service for an invalid id, I did actually possess valid id at the time. So what I was given by your friendly staff was a second opportunity to decide if I truly wanted to patronize your store at all. I decided I did not, as my statements about your prices and products stands regardless of my id status. I've had only great experience with Smokeless with vape products but now I've have even better experiences with there CBD products. I'm 74 yrs old and suffer from arthritis in my hands, knees, and back. Since using there BLNCD Salve (relief) my aches and pains have almost vanished. Just a bad experience. I was treated very poorly. All employees were gathered together watching a video ignoring me. The guy who eventually helped me was visibly high on some kind of opiate. Was like talking to a robot. I left my ID in the car and was told since I didn't have it on my person I'd have to wait several hours to return? They wouldn't let me just go get it and come back. I recently moved to Minneapolis from Oakland, CA, where I had the best vape store available to me. I was almost out of juice, walked into one vape store earlier today, and walked right out when the store mostly had tobacco products, and didn't seem to care about as much about vaping products. Later today, I decided to give one more store a shot. I'm glad I did. The staff was top-notch, allowing me to sample at least 10 different juices until we found one that I really liked. The atmosphere was inviting, with a big lounge that had a great big-screen TV for customers to enjoy. I even stayed for a bit and chatted with the two people working. My first time at this location, the staff kindly guided me through all of my questions and gave me their own personal advice and experiences. Places like this can often come off like you don't matter if you're not a regular, but this one did not. Even with other customers hanging out in the lounge they still treated me with respect and helpfulness. Rather than an off putting hostility that comes with many other locations. The fluids are very clean and light, not suffocating or nausea inducing like low grade tobacco shop fluids. My vape works great and I got it at a great price. I'm so impressed with this place! I've been a cigarette smoker for 20 years now and wanted to transition to vaping, but was intimidated by all the options. They have some local stuff, as well as non-local juices. Their selection is quite large and diverse. You'll notice they don't walk into the back to mix your juice (unless you specify a custom mixture). They keep the juice exactly how the designer, connoisseur(?) Intended it. Flavors I've never seen or heard of, by company's that you can tell care about the product they create. Their devices. This is the only local store that I've seen that carries more authentic equipment than clones. Some very high-end and others very affordable. Like me you may have questions of how, why, is there a difference, etc. Ask, they will all be more than willing to help and answer any questions you have. Onto the staff! Wow. Every time I walk in they always greet me with a friendly smile. We get down to business, try out some new juices, check out some devices. Always helpful. Like I said, I'm new so in turn I ask many questions. Everybody answered all my questions completely. What's the difference between RDA, RTA, RBA? Copper, stainless, voltage drop. You name it, they have knowledge in it. I've personally had Jesse rebuild an atty of mine twice now within a week. He walked me through the steps and edumacated me on how this all works.
