Staff is really friendly, but stock management has plummeted in the last year. Impossible to step down nicotine levels here without being willing to use fluid that you don't like. Maybe one out of the last ten times I've visited have they had the flavors that i want in the nicotine levels that I need to decrease. First week I bought a vaporesso, the person working suggested a 50mg nic juice, got home and completely burned my throat. Hit way too hot. I know nothing about vapes. The second weekend I explained what happened and they recommended a 35MG nic, got home and burned the f out of my throat again. The first week I had my buddy put his loon juice in and no problems. Don't trust this place. They must be buying a he cheaper less quality juices. They also have multiple cats walking around the shop, be aware if you are allergic. I've been ordering my vape supplies online for the last year or so because I always hate the kinda douche-y vibe most vape shops and their employees have, but when I moved back to the Cities and wasn't able to order liquids anymore I had to find a new shop... in comes Imperial Vapor! I looked extensively on their website and reviews to see what the shop was like before making my trip over. All the reviews I came across were positive and their history video on their website seemed really welcoming! My experience at the store was exactly that - comfortable, positive, welcoming, and informative! I didn't feel like I needed to know everything about vaping just to step foot in the door. The guy helping me was very nice and explained everything from coils to wattage to very in-depth liquid flavors. I told him what liquids I usually smoke and he had excellent recommendations (and some "absolutely do not use this one" moments). Their juice prices are about what you'd expect anywhere else (~$25/bottle) and their coil prices are the best I've ever found in any vape shop ($16 for a 5-pack). I was nervous about parking because it is located on busy Snelling Ave, but there is curb parking for about three cars right in front of the shop and the parking lot next to the nail place is shared with the vape shop (despite it saying it's for the nail shop only). I'm very happy to say I've found my new regular shop. The experience was great! They even have a very large grey cat who will grace you with its presence if you are worthy. read more

Sid i great! He was so helpful and friendly. I am new to vaping, a friend recommended Imperial and he did a great job explaining how everything works and help me pick a set up that works best for me. He was patient while recommending and letting me try several different vape juices. They also do discounts for those in recovery, students and I believe military. My partner and I have been in to Imperial several times now. We both Love the fact that the staff is small. You know when you go to Imperial who your going to see and what your experience is going to be like because it truly is ALWAYS the same! Their standard on customer service is straight out of the old school way of doing business. What I mean by that is they actually care! I mean like REALLY care. Your not going to go to Imperial Vapor and walk out unhappy, uneducated, or without options! Imperial Vapor in our opinion really do their best every time you visit. And it's companies like these Brothers have at Imperial that will start making it so the chain companies either have to change how they treat their customers or leave all together.
