When I brought my car to the carwash however, I barely started to spray the hood and a bunch of paint just wiped off my car. I contacted the sales rep that sold me the car and he said that it was my fault for bringing the car to the car wash. I then went to an auto repair shop and they confirmed that there was definitely something wrong with the paint and that bringing it to the car wash should not have taken off the paint as described. I then emailed the sales rep that sold me the car. He again told me it was my fault for washing my car at the carwash, even though I barely sprayed it, but said that if I got a second quote to fix the paint, they would see what they could do to help me get it fixed. He also claimed that they care about my experience with them and want to help me fix this issue ( LMDAO) . I then sought out a second opinion and quote at a different auto repair shop. I was told by the second car repair shop that not only was it not my fault that the paint came off, and that unless I was holding the pressure washer directly against the paint ( which obviously I did not do), then there was no reason for the paint to come off and clearly there was a defect in the paint. Every single car owner brings their car to the carwash and the paint doesn't come off like that. This car repair expert told me to just keep contacting the people who sold me the car, because it clearly was a defect with the paint. I have since sent in this quote to icar and they have decided to just ignore my emails and refuse to acknowledge this issue further. My partner has been looking to buy his own vehicle and was interested in a car at icar but has since changed his mind, seeing how they have been treating me. Again, do not buy a car from ICAR THUNDERBAY, I regret trusting them, now I am going to be out an additional 1500$ to repair the paint, when I am already overpaying for the car I got. The other side is a time based wand wash system. This I like! The bays are large. They are well lit. The area is clean. Water pressure is great and clean. While I'm sure they are recycling water (as most or all of them do) but your car comes out clean and no film left on your car from excessive water recycling. The vacuums work. Suction could be better. Lots of cleaning cycles - soap, foamy brush, engine clean, wax, rince, etc. If I were to knock this place - the hours suck. Closing at 7pm isn't super convenient. Wish the self serve wand side was open until 9 or 10. But that's me. Great car wash!

I went to this business to have my vehicle safetied and could not believe the headache that…read moreresulted. To make a long story short they provided me with a list of repairs that they insisted were required in order for my vehicle to be safetied. This list include a blower fan, serpentine belt and front lower control arm...among other repairs. I mention those 3 repairs specifically because the blower fan has been replaced 11 months ago and worked as it should, it had a whine to it but was functional (should not and would not impact a safety). Additionally the serpentine belt was in good condition, no cracks, slack or visible damage, no whine or excessive noise occurring from the belt or pulleys. furthermore I had the vehicle in to have the lower control arm and ball joint replaced on the drivers side 4 days prior, a full inspection of the suspension system was conducted and a front and rear alignment. There was no issue noted on that day, nor did an additional shop note the issue that Stop N Steer claimed existed. Oh, and when I went to pick my vehicle up the drivers door was damaged. The hinge pin had been heavily bent and the door would not even close. I had to bring the vehicle to a body shop afterwards to get them to resolve the issue. Overall it was a pretty brutal experience.

All transfered over by Auto Trenzz. I was just in there today to have it taken out of my current truck as I'm getting a new one next week. The guy (not sure of his name) took his time and answered all of my questions, and explained thoroughly. The best of it all is that he charged me nothing to take it out and a very reasonable price to put it into my new truck. Have had nothing but great service from these guys. Highly recommend
