The workers were very rude. The girl who did my nails had other clients and she kept rotating between us which I thought was annoying. I had gotten gel nails and the next day they were extremely dull looking and my mom had the same issue with her nails. They also don't clean the pedicure tubs and the girl who did my nails used the nail brushes on me and them just dried with a towel and threw them back in her "clean" box which is disgusting. Absolutely love this place. Jenny, the owner, is such a character! She is down to earth and not afraid to tell you whats on her mind which can be so entertaining at times. Ive seen her have heart to hearts with her customers, laughing (and sometimes crying) with them. I am always greeted like an old friend even if I havent been back for a while and when I leave, she always thanks me sincerely for my business. The ladies that work there never try to up-sell me which is a huge plus in my books because that always makes me feel uncomfortable. I am always offered tea, coffee or water and when a customer comes in, they change the channel on their TV from their soaps to a movie or the news, which I find oddly respectful. The pedicures are pretty standard and sometimes they are understaffed resulting in a longer than usual wait which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Im not girly enough to comment on the variety/brand of polish colours, but they seem to have a large selection and like someone mentioned earlier, you can always pop over to CVS to get one of your own if you cant find what you want. Worst manicure ever...nails chipped in five minutes. Bad polish selection and bad service. Saw the lady pour acetone back into the bottle after I soaked my nails in it. Dirty files and mani area. Took an hour hour to remove gel polish and crappily apply regular polish. You can see the difference between the different coats of polish as it was unevenly applied . Overpriced for the slow and poor job done. Best of all they are rude and say you are the problem because you don't want something done ... such shaving your nails down... I had to ask them to stop 3 times before they acknowledged my request . WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN not even for a last minute emergency. I had the gel manicure and spa pedicure and feel fast asleep. They even offered me to relax afterwards while my toes were drying. This place doesn't deserve one star. The moment I walked in she was rude and was not welcoming! It was the owner I believe who literally yelled in my face when I asked her what her opinion on my nail polish was. I said "is this burgundy or brown ?"and she said "you chose it!" & I replied with "you don't have to be rude" and she went off yelling at me I'm my face that "I knows how to do nails and don't tell me what to do" when I clearly wasn't in the mindset of being rude to her. The way I felt disrespected I wanted to get up and leave but her mother calmed me down and finished my nails. When I was going to pay she started yelling at me again because I told her that she needs to change her attitude because I was a respectable paying customer and I told her To go fuck herself and walked out. They don't even deserve the one star. I went in there at 11 am for a manicure & pedicure. I asked if they'd have time to finish me in a hour and a half since I had to be gathering by 1:30 so I'd have to leave no later than 1:00. So they had me sit on there pedicure chair and put my feet in to soak. There were 3 workers. Could have been the grandma, daughter, an granddaughter. The youngest lady was working on someone doing the acrylic nail. The middle aged lady was working on another person doing her hands and the eldest ladies was doing her feet. By that time 30 minutes had pass and my feet are still soaking. So I told them I'd have to leave but they said don't worry we'll get you done. BIG MISTAKE the eldest filed my nails so close to on the sides it cut me and worst of all the middle age lady who was doing my cuticles keep going on top of my nail instead of my cuticle as if she was having trouble seeing then after the second nail that she attempted to do she cut me. By that time I wanted to leave. My French polish was all lumpy on the tip. I'll never go back there again. The IMPORTANT THING THAT I DIDN't see was their MANICURE LICENSE. read more

I too went here while I was pregnant, and contrary to what the previous reviewer had stated, I appreciated that the owner had my health (and my unborn baby's health) in mind when she reminded me to not use the massage chair. I appreciate her sincere consciousness and concern. Perhaps something got lost in translation, but I can respect someone who has my best interest in mind, and is not trying to just get me "in and out of there". I have personally experienced instances when the owner/workers are not trying to make $$$, but rather would see her clients happy, healthy and safe. Epic FAIL!!!! I went to this salon because it just happened to be close by. Figured I'd treat myself to a mani & pedi after a long day at work. Boy was I wrong!!! I felt as though they rushed through the entire treatment and the massage that I received was terrible (definitely no bueno). As for the way that my finger & toe nails were painted lets just say, a 5 year old would have done a better job! I went in for french tip acrylics and a french tip spa pedicure. I really liked their service, they get 5 stars for that. They were very meticulous when it came to the acrylics...taking their time and making sure it was what I wanted. Although, it would've been nice to get through it quicker, I was satisfied with the end result...but I would think twice if I needed to get in and out. As for the pedicure, loved their massage chair as I had a kink in my neck and it helped quite a bit, and she did a really thorough job on my pedicure as well. Prices were fair. Worst manicure I have ever received. Chipped within less than 24 hours. But the worst part is, they stole my watch! I was the last customer in the store on a Saturday evening, and stupid me let the nail technician place my Michele watch on her tray, instead of putting it my purse. I walked out the store, and got home and realized they hadn't put my watch back on! I called several times and left voicemails but the shop was already closed. I went back in the VERY NEXT business day and surprise surprise, no watch to be found and they had no idea what happened to it. When I know for a fact I was the very last customer in the store, so it's not like another customer could have come in and swiped it. On top of all of this, the shop owner threatened to call the cops on ME if I didn't leave and stop asking about my watch. I have been a client & following Jenny, the owner. of "Go Go Nail Spa" for nearly 18 years. I have only found her nail Salon' s to be impeccable clean and neat. She is most professional, kind & knowable Manicurist and Pedicurist. I am Diabetic and she takes excellent care of me. I have the utmost respect and trust for her services. She even once saved my life. She always makes sure the wonderful massage chair is adjusted so I can get into it with my long legs. I've come wearing a dress as popped in on my way home. She makes sure I get a towel to cover my legs. On hot days offer cold water and on cold days over hot tea or coffee. Always happy to see you & greets with a big smile. Everyone I have recommend to her salon has been happy with her services and continue to go to her salon and like myself has followed her when she has moved. I too have been to other Salon's but never got the service or welcoming. Nobody in her Salon has been rude or unkind to me. If I do pop in without and apt., time I expect to wait but am offered something to drink and Mag to read. If going to be a tad long she might suggested that I come back in 30 minutes.
