When I tell you this process is so simple! The location is very convenient for me. I drive up and it may be a line but you don't have to leave your vehicle. I come here for my emissions test. The line moves pretty fast and they usually have two attendants . Once you make it you pull in and they do their thing 5-10 mins and you're all done and for only $13 dollars! Lines are long and for some reason the customers that are leaving are not aware there are 2 driveways to enter/exit. When I pulled in there were 7 cars ahead of me and 4 waiting to exit. They are quick, efficient and reliable. Cost is $13 in which there is a sign reflecting the cost. I read a review where the customer noted it's posted $13 but charged $15. Not sure what happened there but it's $13. The office area is nice - furniture. . You sit in the car for the test or you can stand outside or sit in the office. Love this location! You can't beat it! I drove from Lithonia just to get my emissions done here. Only $13! My wife and I both went the same day and they customer service was good. On paper it said they charged me $13.00 and told me the emission report was the receipt but I found from my bank account they had charged me $15.00. And it is not about the two dollar extra charge but it is about the lack of reliability and trust with the business that I trusted my card with. It just seems so shady and strange especially since the only "receipt" they gave me said a different amount than what they charged me. i went here last year and had good fast service. I saw something online about bringing water or tipping. Thursday, July 28,2022 I brought my car again here for emissions. Again great service. The guy was very friendly. I told him last year I didn't bring water but this time I did. He was very appreciative of this and thanked me a few times. That made me feel good that I did this for him. I told him I had to bring my husbands truck to get emission. I told him I don't think I could get it through the drive through cause it's a Ram 1500. He said you can do it. So the next day Friday I brought my hus truck. He was right I made it through the the drive through. I had brought more water this time and a little cooler for him and the other guys. He thanked me again. I asked his name he said Nick. I told him my name and said see you next year. He had told me that a was a friendly customer. I always try and be nice until I have a reason not to be. These are very hot days in Georgia and I'm sure he deals with customers that enter in a bad mood and take it out on him. so let's all try and be nice until we have to be mean. This review is my opinion and how I deal with my life. It makes me feel good when I make someone's day being kind and considerate of them. I went last week for my emissions test and the guy was late and talked on the phone the entire time, barely speaking to me.

Super fast! Super cheap! I have had two emissions done here and both times I was in and out within 15 minutes. Makes me wonder what took so long at the place that charged me more and took an hour to finish. When I pulled in I am positive the entire process was no more than 3 minutes. It's close to my house so I know I will be going again next year prior to renewing my plates. read more

It took these nice guys only 8 minutes to do a $15 emission test on my 95 civic. I wish it had taken longer since the waiting room had a leather couch and fluffy pillows with a cool movie playing on the large TV. My living room isn't as clean as this place. I'll be back! read more
