I didn't have much hope for it but would have been pleased to have it cleaned and shiny. I had read Ben's reviews and had actually used their services years back just for a three year old car. Was pleased then so I remembered the job they had done. For the old truck I asked for a really good wash and shine and hoped they could make the very stained carpet look a little better. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would have been impossible to see it so amazingly different. Not only was the exterior bright and shiny like a new penny but the interior was unbelievable. NO CARPET STAINS front and back of the inside. Even the tires looked AMAZING. I wish I could show before and after shots . You would not believe it. If you need an EXPERT detailing you must take it to BEN'S in Snellville. It is a little out of the way place and don't expect a bright shiny business facade, BUT the job they do is UNSURPASSED.

I can't use his name because he refused to tell me BUT he a was mixed middle age VERY rude man!! First off no one was there to greet me. I pulled in the wrong way accidentally as I saw an open and enter sign after waiting a few minutes outside. I pulled in and waved at this man who was sitting at his desk and didn't move. He yells from his desk "you went the wrong way!!" With a very ill look on his face. So pull out and straighten out. He comes over and says "wow you wait until 20 minutes before closing to do this?!" Is a very douche way. I am a woman with three small kids in the car with me. Feeling like I did some thing wrong I said, "oh I am sorry, business hours say until 6pm". He says "it's last minute!!" He asked me what year my car was and I said I "think" it's 07' (feeling flustered and like I should leave) he slammed his arms on my open car door in a "ugh" kind of way. I said, "you know what, I am leaving your customer service is awful and you are very very rude" as I rolled my windows up and he aggressively waved his arms around for me to get out of the garage area. I pulled out slowly/safely. He was standing super close to my car I didn't need this type of person to say I hit him or some thing crazy. He pulled the garage door closed as soon as my bumper left the garage and slammed it and turned off the "open". sign. I am beyond myself right now. Blown away!!!
