If there are questions, they call and ask how the customer would like to handle it, with complete information and input. Prices are fair and competitive. Went here for the first time the other day to get a second opinion on my car after having suspicions that the dealership I normally go to was trying to get me to do some unnecessary repairs. These guys checked out my car thoroughly but still managed to get me in-and-out in around 30 minutes. And they confirmed that my suspicion was correct - the repairs would have definitely been premature. I've had my Cadillac worked on by Pete, he is an HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY mechanic. John at the front desk always keeps me informed on the repairs. I had Rack & Pinion parts replaced and they went bad within a couple of weeks, they fixed the issue with NO extra charges. They actually lost money on the deal but did not try to fool me into thinking it was another issue entirely which other less trustworthy mechanics might have done in order to recoup costs. I'm not sure I would trust them. I have a pickup that belonged to my deceased dad. I bought tires at Brookwood Tire, somehow the spare tire was switched, it now has a tire with very little tread on it, I don't know what happened to the spare tire that came with the truck when it was new. read more

I have always been so appreciative that they would fill my tires for free. When one had a nail in it, I brought it to them and asked if they would also check the rattling in the engine. They were very short on time because of the holidays but agreed to take me in. Wonderful! I had to wait in the car because the lobby was closed due to Covid-19, and nobody could come to pick me up. What started out as, "Find out what's rattling" became an hours long thing to put my car in good shape by changing the air filter system, bulbs, wipers, cleaning the headlights, even though they were supposed to close early. So nice! Except almost as soon as I drove it off the lot, my air intake sensor lit up. I took it back and asked them to check the air system he just installed. The mechanic refused, saying his work was good. He wanted me to leave the car overnight for another full day while they did a $95 test on it. More money? How was I going to leave it without a ride home? I was upset that they wouldn't simply honor their work, so I did not return. Yet it cost me a lot more to have a friend's garage look at it.
