Pros: 1) Base prices were competitive 2) They had the Uhaul and equipment I was looking for 3) They were open on Memorial day 4) Customer service was just fine 5) You can drop the truck (and keys) off after hours with no penalty 6) They're right next door to a quick trip gas station, so filling the tank back to where you got it can literally be the last thing you do before dropping it off. Cons: 1) If you have a local trip (in my case, less than 20 miles), it's considered a local trip, not a one way trip, so you'll have to bring the Uhaul back to this location. 2) In addition to the base price, you get charged by the mile. Despite the cons, I got what I needed and didn't walk away upset. If you need to move and are in the area, Swanson's Auto Buying Service may be your go to.
