I've used this company years and satisfied. Suddenly some other company starts doing the work claiming "we probably bought the local business". I Have no idea who these people are, if they are the ones who performed the work, or if I'm getting random bills as a scam . They never told me they were changing to a new company, I never was offered services, didn't accept any type of agreement, just some random company claiming to be the new provider at leaving plastic flags on my grass, blowing up my phone and demanding payment. I don't know a single other business who uses harassment as their sales pitch. What a poor business model, just identify who you are, prove you did it, so I can pay you and make you go away. read more

Used this company for a few years. Apparently, ownership change without notifying customers in writing. I did not sign with the new company and they said They treated my lawn without my approval or notification. My lawn looks awful and this companies service is horrible. I called and the spokesperson was equally not beyond unhelpful stating I should look in my spam...For what? Please think long before accepting this company!! read more

I've tried other services but Go Green really does have the best. They're responsive if there is an issue (meaning they don't tell you to wait 2 weeks while the problem continues) and willing to work with you in other lawn and landscape concerns. The first 2 years were great, the 3rd year they burnt my lawn, they never fixed it right and a year later, where they burnt my lawn has still not recovered after I took their advice (which was expensive for me, more than double water bills for a few months) when they were the ones who did the damage. The company does a good job with the work that they do. When we used them our lawn was mostly weed free and green. I believe that their operating practice of auto-renewal is not a good business practice. If they do not hear back from customer to prompt to continue service in the new season, they should consider it cancelled. read more

We have been using Go Green Lawn service for decades now. Our neighbors have tried multiple companies and finally have switched over to go green as well. There is a clear and obvious difference in our grass where it meets the neighbors grass with ours being much fuller and greener and much less weeds. I've been with these folks for a number of years. Over the years their work has gotten progressively worse. The past few years the weeds are an issue. No matter how many times they came back. Almost every time they come you can see burn marks where they loaded and unloaded at the front of my lawn . Burn marks where their little cart would go and on corners. I had little burn spots all over the lawn. This year I developed a grub problem. They came to treat it. It didn't touch the problem. They apologized and came back out, saying they didn't read the instructions enough to know they had to do a second treatment. That was a month or so ago. I'm still having issues. Enough is enough. I canceled their services. Be very careful when dealing with these folks. read more

We had trouble with weeds last year and was fed up spending every weekend battling them. Earlier this year, my wife decided to call up Go Green and we have noticed the patch of weeds are now gone. They come out every month to service our lawn and we have noticed a significant difference. My wife stated they are always courteous, patient and kind. Due to the hot summer we have a tree that looks distressed and possibly dying so my wife just emailed Gavin about it and he offered to send out a certified arborist to check out the tree for free. They sure know how to go beyond the call of duty. Price is fair, service is superior, and they are never pushy about sales. They make suggestions but let us make our own decisions. I am more than happy to recommend them. read more

On their last service call in June they over fertilized my lawn to my point of burning it out. When I called to complain their service manager Brian came over to review lawn and was surprised especially by the burned out lawn tracks their riding machine left all over my lawn. He apologized for poor service and credited the service call. We then made a plan for future service calls ( use walk behind equipment to get areas inaccessible to riding machine) and skip next fertilization. To my shock today, their technician was using riding equipment and fertilizing my lawn again just when I am getting my lawn to recover from their last treatment. I immediately cancelled the treatment and called their office to cancel all future service. They are more interested in collecting a service call charge than doing what's best for the lawn. read more

UPDATE 2 years later - I can't stop looking at my gorgeous lawn! I took advance of the aerating service last fall. Even my neighbors have commented on how thick, lush and beautiful my lawn is and one of them recently hired Go-Green service. Have been working at home during Covid and finally saw one of the technicians last week. With proper social distancing, we had a brief conversation; he was very polite, friendly and answered my questions. I can't say enough nice things about this company and would given them 10 stars if I could! read more

Go Green has been servicing my lawn for the last two summers, and i am ecstatic with the results. I was very disappointed with the previous company that had been fertilizing my lawn. I have two small kids and a dog, and when i requested they call me before they came to treat my lawn, they never would. Go Green ALWAYS calls before they come out!
