I have been in search of items for my apartment for a hot minute now and I have been hitting up thrift stores far and wide. When I knew I was going to be coming to this area I did a search to see what was available store wise and planned out my day. This was my first stop of the day and I was a bit excited. I went in and was happy to see that they had a wide selection of items to pick over. Better than most thrift stores if you ask me. I thought that I was going to find a few things here and be on my way. Well...not so accurate. As one other reviewer put it, "absolutely insane prices." What they were charging for some items in here you could buy brand new in a chain store. It boggled my mind at where they thought they could charge that much for items that would probably be in the trash if not in this store. Needless to say, I didn't end up securing anything from here. I also have to concur that this place does have an aroma to it. Want to know something really odd? Like really, really odd? Right next door to it is basically an extension of it. A space that offers only furniture items. That is packed to the gills........but it is never open. I thought to myself that I would give it a go. I pull on the door and it doesn't open, even though it is lit up. And then you notice the sign that says you are on camera. Great, take a picture, but let me in, open this section up. Or, wait, maybe not, if the prices are the same as the main space, you probably won't find a bargain here. read more

We stopped by to look for apartment items. Agree with others that prices are too high. We asked to go in furniture room. It is down the way from the store and packed full of stuff. It is a small path through most of the store and had to move pieces to get to other side of the room. It was "pickers" type experience. We did not find anything here. read more

The selection throughout the store it's 50/50 on good and high prices but certain days 50% off select items. The costumers service is friendly. They do need to work on the organization and cleaning the odor. read more

I really like this place. If you come in on the right days and are willing to dig through the racks, you can find some great stuff. Treat the staff like they are real people and not customer service robots and your experience will be so much better :) read more

It smells like pee in the whole store. Not every organized and they actually close at 5:30, not 6:00.

My wife and I often stop in this store to look around. Of course my wife always finds something she wants. Me, most of the time I like looking but sometimes find stuff too. The store is clean and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I've noticed the store inventory has increased each time we visit so that's cool. If you like thrift stores and yard sales check this place out, you might find something you want. read more

Hard to access. Had good selection for setting up small house. Prices great. Friendly staff. Easy rows to find things.

This store is meticulously organized and all merchandise, especially clothing, is easy to find. Don't be surprised to find some higher end, hard to find brand name in women's jeans.... You'll also find the typical thrift store fare (i.e. odds and ends), but overall a clean store with a pleasant atmosphere. Expect to pay a bit higher than thrift prices....but I'd say it's worth it. Go Green is an excellent store with very helpful friendly staff. Their inventory is constantly changing so you never know what you will find they next day. Pet stuff, exercise gear, holiday decor, jewelry, neat collectibles, and accessories are my favorite areas to shop. They have the best baby clothes and linens section around, and it's all well organized. They have sales every day, and everything is already reasonably priced. I actually really like buying greeting cards and travel sized toiletries there- useful stuff. It's one of my favorite shops in southern Maryland. It's super conveniently located right across from gate 2 so there's no excuse to not drop in after work. read more

I wanted to write a good review on here until my most resent trip to this store. The "owner", I'm not sure if she's the owner or not, sold a set of shelves I had my name on to a lady who asked about them after I said I was buying them. The lady she asked said that there were sold (to me) and she was sorry. Another lady who said she was the owner just took it out after being told I got the shelves. I went to remind her and said said she was the owner and since I didn't pay yet she didn't care and the lady who paid was taking it. I couldn't believe that's how this business is run, just to get money. The one nice worker in there she said she was already yelled at by the "owner" and that there are stupid drug addicts around. I will not be giving this store any more money. I told the "owner" after this I'm glad to know how she operates her business and she replied with "well I'm glad to know how you operate too missy". I shopped her 4-5 times and will not be going back. read more
