You're better off going with a different rental company. I got a jumper from here yesterday and the one that was dropped off was full of dirt. It was extremely dirty I had to hose it down. They also picked up the jumper at 6pm the same day. You can find a different rental company for the same price and most of the time they leave the jumper till the next day and it'll be clean. read more

I was a little hesitant to place my reservation online and not with a live person, but I received an email from someone named Andre promptly after I did to confirm my reservation with a link to pay my deposit. The week of my party I received another email to confirm my reservation. The jumper arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. Before he left I was given a window of time that the jumper would be back to pick up and the same guy came as promised. Communication with this company is clear and concise. So I was assigned to get a jumper for a party and there was only a few days left. I called and filled out applications for a jumper with the request date for my birthday. I then checked my email and there you go and confirmation email asking if I was still interested in a jumper and if i was to proceed to click the link and it will confirm my order. Super quick and easy. The time showed to arrive between 730-10am and they arrived at 8am. The pick up time was between 8-1030pm and they arrived around 845pm. They brought their own extension cord and my outlet was in my garage and I had the jumper at the drive way. Everything worked out fine. I gave them the tip prior of them leaving when they first step up so I didn't need to stop at the end of my party to give them money. They came, deflated the jumper and cleaned up quick. They email you how much the jumper is going to cost prior with no hidden fees (unless you damage the jumper of course). You just sign and write down your driver licenses # and off they go. I just knocked off a star because I didn't get to talk to an actual person. So this is where it messed me up since I was trying to contact multiple jumpers but had no luck with a response. BUT when I did get to talk to a person this place emailed me at the same time. So I got confused and doubled booked. However, this place came first so therefore they were the winner of my party (plus they were $10 cheaper too, SCORE!). But I would like for them to call me also to have a confirmation but it's nice to just deal with the online process and to know that they follow through. Totally recommend this place! It would be great if you would update your website to the products you actually still carry. For example, the website lets you book the "Monster Truck Jumper" and there are images and dimensions of the jumper. However, they no Longer carry this jumper. Just update your website so I don't waste my time looking a jumpers you no longer carry. read more

Do not use this place, I made reservation a month and half prior to our daughter's birthday party. Signed the contract chose COD as we always do. I then received an text message 2 and half weeks to party saying due to the holiday weekend if i did not pay by 5pm that day, they would take me as canceling my reservation as they had a long waiting list. Now i understand a holiday weekend. That is why i booked and signed a contact a month prior to the party. They decided to break the contact becasue they have too many people booking late and screw the people that took responsibility and booked early. Will never use this company ever again. Received a call from them THE DAY BEFORE the event to tell me they did not have a business license for Newport Beach. This could have been said weeks ago, so I could have made other plans. I had to go on the hunt for a new company with less than 24 hours before my daughter's party. Completely unprofessional!!!! I can understand dropping the ball in business. I am a clean up artist for businesses that make mistakes, one of the best, BUT I couldn't clean this up!!! This is simply something you do not do in their industry. It is a roach in the food at a restaurant. A house that falls down in construction. A punctured art piece in art/picture framing. I only mentioned my line of work because I have noticed once certain companies get 4.5 to 5.0 stars their concern for receiving negative reviews dramatically decreases. They know one reviewer may not make a difference in their overall rating. The issue becomes do you want to be the one this falls upon? Do you want to have your daughter or son's party ruined because they know it may not matter? It matters! It matters when you pay your deposit, book weeks in advance and get a call the day before the event they do not have the proper licensing. That matters!!! I rarely write negative reviews and I accept a bad experience and resolve the majority of it to human error, but this cannot happen in their line of work! I placed and order for a combo jumper on Thursday and needed it for Sunday afternoon. An email confirmation was sent to me stating that someone was going to reach out to to me confirming the date and time. Friday night came and I e-mailed the company and called them numerous times. Saturday came and nothing! I wasn't sure if I should book with a different jumper company, what if Go Jumper showed up at the same time; that's what was going through my head. Saturday night I decided to give them a call again and went straight to voicemail. I ended up booking with a different company, however, the day of the party they didn't show up and I haven't heard back from them. If I didn't try to hunt them down I never would've booked a different company. This is highly unprofessional. How do you expect to run a business when you have zero communication. We just rented a jumper for Thanksgiving but when I got the jumper it was disgusting. Dirty with other renters flat kids balls, crumpled Up paper and food particles. The 5 in 1 has an inside slide and the netting was ripped in between the stairs and the slide. I called the company but have yet to receive a returned call. We decided to get a bouncy castle for my daughter's 6th birthday. We needed the smallest (10x10) jumper since the space in my backyard is limited with all my fruit trees. I was able to book online, received a confirmation phone call later that night, received a confirmation email a couple of days before delivery, the jumper was delivered right at 7:30am, and was picked up a little later (which gave the kids more jumping time).
