2nd time renting chairs with Laura's rental, first time it was awesome, chairs were clean and communication was great, drop off time and pick up time were generous. Expecting the same for this time around was not realistic. Initially, the driver (pretty cool guy at first) told me they would drop off the chairs on Friday morning, friday morning came around no drop off, I had to text them and ask, without apology they said tomorrow (Saturday )between 8-9am. Once the chairs were delivered it had pink paint on it and since they r white chairs it's dirty on the bottom legs. However I was still ok with it. What pisses me off was the pick up. First time renting the pick up was 2pm and were told of the time they would come. This time around, no advance notice since we had a late party, we all slept late, got a door bell ring at 8am from the driver outside, saying im here. With the kids n family still sleeping, the driver seemed pissed off didn't say sorry or anything and loudly folded the chairs. I had to tell him to not do that bc my family is still sleeping. No communication no apology no customer service. I will definitely not be returning for rentals. This type of service n lack of communication cannot be good for business. read more

Great prices and in addition to my table and chairs I needed a tent last minute due to rain, like the day before the event, and they were able to provide with no issues! Also due to the weather I needed to call them back for more sand bags for the tent and within a few hours they were there with extra bags! Like a previous poster posted, some of the chairs had minor areas of pink paint on the legs but once all set up with all the commotion of the party, it was not even noticeable. I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars because that's what this business deserves. I booked with them because I was having a party at a park on a Sunday, and they're one of the few rental companies that agreed to dropoff & pickup on a Sunday (I didn't want to transport everything to/from my house for dropoff & pickup on the day before/after). That being said, it ended up being the worst decision I've made. First off, I did NOT have a good experience when it comes to communication with them. When I first called, I was told the delivery fee would be $30. But when I finalized my order and was sent an invoice, I saw they were charging me $50 to deliver. When questioned about that, they said it was because the items were going to a park. WTF difference does it make?!? Just an excuse to up charge me and hope I don't notice! I was having a kid's birthday party and needed kids size tables & chairs. Again, another reason I picked this company was because they offered these items while some others do not. They rent the tables & chairs as a "bundle" (1 4ft. table + 6 kids chairs). So I ordered 7 bundles and called it a day. When the items were delivered, I asked if they could help open up the tables & chairs so I can arrange them - but the woman said no and was actually really rude about it. They left before I could even inspect what was delivered. I finally opened up all the tables to find that they were all different! Some were taller, some were shorter. Some were the appropriate height for the kids chairs that came in the "bundle", while others were wayyyy to tall for a kid to reach while sitting on the chairs it came with. At that point, I called them and informed them that the tables were not the same and that many were too high for the chairs they were "bundled" with. I truly gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they had delivered the wrong items by mistake. But I was immediately met with defensiveness and a rude remark to the effect of, "Well that's all we have." I asked the woman to come back and help me figure out if the height was adjustable. Instead, when she returned, she said that because I was unhappy with what was delivered, she was taking ALL the items I had rented and leaving (this included some non-kids items). I told her that I literally had a party starting in 2 hours and needed the items, but she refused to leave anything for me to use. WHO DOES THAT?!? Clearly she is in the WRONG business. Instead of supporting party planners, families, etc. who are trying to celebrate, she had zero remorse or empathy and deliberately chose to ruin a party for young children. And for what? Because I called her out for piece-mealing together a "bundle" of items that weren't actually usable together? Or for delivering a variety of items that are all different sizes to a customer who ordered 7 of the same item? The lack of professionalism, quality, and customer service that this company displayed is unmatched. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HER UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK HAVING NOTHING AT ALL FOR YOUR PARTY!
