I had a pleasant experience renting a bounce house from Bounce Island. They were super helpful over the phone. The website was very comprehensive had had accurate pricing information. They arrived on time to setup and tear down. We were able to pay using Venmo after they arrived and before they setup. Reasonable delivery fee of $25. They are an approved vendor for Tustin parks. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Kristy and Bounce Island for our 4th of July block party in Mission Viejo and all I can say is that they were absolutely amazing. Everyone had a blast on the waterslide all day and all the kids wanted snow-cone after snow-cone we even made some adult version which were also a hit. These people saved our little party! I booked a water slide with another company a couple weeks prior and texted to confirm the night before the party (830pm!), and they replied that the slide wasn't available! I scrambled to find another and have used bounce island jumper before. I called and the woman who answered was so sweet- she was out to dinner with her husband but still took all of my information and we got an awesome waterslide 15 hours later! read more

I booked a water slide with this company for a birthday and they took down all my info and said they would have someone reach out to me before the event. They never called or emailed. I called them maybe 20 times and they didn't answer one time. I had to call a different company and pay more money since it was last minute. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

Do not even waste your time with this place. Placed an order for a waterslide added it to "my cart" because if I can add it to my cart it should be available right?? Obviously they do not manage their inventory properly. Get an email a day later saying it's not available. Thankfully I already called Jolly Bouncers and reserved what I needed rather then wait for a reply from this company. Never again!! read more

We rented a 13x13 themed module jumper. First off, this was the only place I could find in Southern California that had a PJ Mask banner. We called, and they were very helpful. I received an email, call and text confirming the purchase. We discussed timing of the party, as well as delivery and pick up times. The night before the party, Robert text confirming the arrival time. The bouncer arrived and was set up on time, and I appreciated that the inside was wiped clean. Due to a miscommunication, I had cancelled a bounce house for a 3rd of July house party. Fortunately, at the last minute, Bounce Island had a bounce house available! They delivered the same day; it was a better price than competitors, it was EXTREMELY clean and in great condition! Friendly owner, great at communicating time estimates and providing updates of any delays (which were still within the estimated time). Everyone at the party was impressed with the quality of the jumper, and my husband and I greatly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency with set-up and take-down. This company had a very nice and clean jumper for the children at their birthday party. The deliverer was actually thirty minutes early which was very good so he had plenty of time to set it up in the area that I requested. He was very courteous. Their prices were very fair. The deliverer then asked me what time I'd like for him to come back to my home and pick up the jumper. I didn't feel pressured at all. I was very happy about the entire ordeal and would strongly recommend this company to everyone for a jumper or water slide for their youngsters. read more
