I scheduled this team for a vacant home cleaning. Unfortunately the people that occupied this home before we did NEVER cleaned and there was a lot of work to do. I will give Andrea a great compliment on her promptness, scheduling, and willing to work with your schedule. She was very responsive, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make an appointment work for you. The Concerns: - There was a two man crew sent to the house, which personally I do not feel is enough for a two level home that is older, and has not been cleaned in a long time. -I feel they knew the job would take hours to clean, and should have allowed more time instead of rushing through at the end and not cleaning things thouroughly. -I had to ask them to come back because there were items I did not feel were cleaned to par, or touched at all. -My bofriend had made a comment one of the cleaning crew members apepared as lazy and was throwing all trash in the recycle bin. Which to me not the end of the world, but if you are extremely green aware, I could see where this would be bothersome. I paid over $300 and I may have high expectations, but I do not feel I should have to ask someone to come back, after they know what cleaning needs to be done since they have seen the place before hand. Go Maids is the best!! I have been using Go Maids for the last 2.5 years, and since day 1 the cleaning has been consistently outstanding. I have a lot of furry pets (2 dogs, a cat, and a rabbit) and both me and my fiance work with horses for a living, so our house gets pretty dirty/hairy. Go Maids comes twice per month, and I can't tell you how much I look forward to those days!! They have not slacked off in the slightest over the last 2.5 years- my house is sparkly clean and fresh every time! When I was looking for a housecleaning company I wanted to find one that was relatively small and where I could count on the same person(s) cleaning my house each time. I have an indoor-only cat and a shy small dog that are home during the day, and I wanted to find someone who would "know" the pets/house and know how important it is to not leave doors open and let the pets out. Kamila has been cleaning my house for the past 1+ years, and she has been fabulous! My little dog loves her, and she is always very careful about making sure no one escapes. I had a repairman come by once while she was at the house, and she texted when he had left to make sure it was okay to lock the door (I had told her he might be there and asked her to leave the door unlocked). And she brings in packages if they're sitting by the front door. So thoughtful!! Andrea, who owns the company, has been great to work with as well. While I have never met her in person, she communicates very consistently and promptly, usually via text message. I always get a reminder text the day before a cleaning appointment, and she always responds quickly if I have any questions, etc. The other thing I like is that they use unmarked cars. I don't want a brightly decorated car in the driveway that says "Hey here's a stranger with a key to my house!". I feel safer with my incognito housekeeper! Really, I can't say enough nice things about this company. I love coming home to a spotlessly clean house twice a month!! I have had Andrea/Go Maids cleaning my home for the past 4 years. I never have been unhappy with any part of the house that she has cleaned. Everything smells good, it is clean, neat and tidy. Everything goes back in the spot where it was. I get my house cleaned once every 2 weeks and look forward to her visits. Having a perfectly cleaned home makes me happy. I have quite a large home and she is non stop, from the moment she gets here to the moment she leaves. She brings her own supplies and they are all things I end up buying for myself to use on days I need to clean up. I hope someday to have her come every week! She makes up the beds for me which is a treat. My son who is 13 especially loves it when he gets into bed on a Monday night-- says he wishes Andrea could make his bed every day! We have used several maid cleaning services in the past and have been very underwhelmed. We knew we needed a maid, but we were pessimistic about finding a good one. Then I started reading Yelp reviews, and I stumbled upon Go Maids. I'm happy to say that it is a wonderful experience. Andrea worked around our busy schedule and was able to come by and evaluate our home at a time outside of normal work hours which we appreciated greatly. She was able to have us a maid within a few days, and the maid did a wonderful job. The price was very fair, too. Amazing! I just saw another person give a rave review about Martina just as I was about to write this. I had the same experience as this lady describes. Martina is the best cleaner I've ever had. I'm 72 and have had many maids in my life so that's saying something. We'd been with a service for about two years and I'd been paying $75. for each visit. but was never happy. Didn't want to change because I figured most maids were pretty much the same and I just had to suck it up and settle.. When i met Martina I immediately liked her fresh, high energy look. True..when I got the quote of $90, I sort of gulped but then I figured..hey...what good is it to pay $15 less but not be happy? So I took a chance a few months ago and I'm so glad I did! My house has never been cleaner. Everything is put back into place, smells wonderful, my stainless appliances gleam and I've learned this lady knows what she's doing. I never worry now that some abrasive will be used where it shouldn't be used. Cute finishing touches...folds the toilet paper rolls and towels so pretty.. THE BIGGEST FRAUD EVER.....these people don't know cleaning for SHIT,they accepted a job cleaning my boat but did the WORST job ever. Maybe they should have done some research on how to clean a boat rather then take a job they had no idea how to go about. To give you an idea of what was asked of them, the boat has one main cabin- no bathroom or anything. It was simply just to be cleaned as you would do a house- one would think it would be easy since they do large scale houses.... BOY WAS I WRONG...... I ended up having to pay $60 an hour, it took them 1 1/2 hours which ended up costing me $90 plus what i tipped them. Now I needed to get this done asap otherwise I would have just called for a better price. I get my WHOLE 3 BEDROOM HOUSE cleaned for $75 twice a month.... Can't rave enough! We used go maids when we lived in Huntington Beach and recently moved to a much larger house (710 sq ft to 2300 sq ft) thank goodness that we were still in their service area and our quote was so reasonable! They showed up on time (actually early)! I'm 7 months pregnant and haven't been able to clean and I'm vey picky. WOW did they do an incredible job! The place is spotless and smells amazing. Love the girls from Go Maids! Andrea and her girls are super friendly and they are always really flexible with my schedule. I always get a reminder a couple days ahead to remind me that my cleaning is coming up...great for me with my hectic and crazy schedule with kids and work. Since my housekeeper of 6 years retired, I was forced to try and find a cleaning company. First off, keep in mind that my last housekeeper was an older lady that helped me with my young children with their laundry and keeping things in order for a recent single Mom. I was caught off guard because Andrea and her girls are beautiful. My first thought was, "wow, they must model and clean homes part time." Anyway, Go Maids is by far the best one yet and I tried a couple (see my review on a maid service that I used in the past). They will actually clean your place...unlike the others where they rush in and out and just spray febreeze in your home to make it appear like they cleaned your home. I told Andrea that the most important thing to me are the hardwood floors. And Radana does an amazing job in my home. I feel comfortable coming home to a clean home with shiny floors...sometimes so shiny that I'm sliding across the living area into my kitchen. But the kids seem to enjoy it!! LOL. We used Go Maids about six weeks ago for a deep cleaning. I called Andrea after reading great reviews on Yelp and she came to our house the same day to give us a quote. We scheduled her next available appointment, which was about a week later. One maid came and spent four hours cleaning our condo. We were charged $120. Go Maids has been wonderful. We have them clean our house once a month. The owner Andrea is very responsive and sends us reminders before each cleaning. She is very accommodating when we need to change or adjust our cleaning date and tries her best to find a date that works best for us. Kamila who cleans our place is very sweet and always on time!! We also have a very large dog (135lbs) who sheds a lot and she does a fantastic job getting all the dog hairs out and makes the place look great. I can really see her attention to detail and how she really takes pride in her work. Our previous maid service company we left after we saw they were putting the dog bed on the sofa and using our kitchen & bath towels to clean.... With Go Maids I never have to worry that they would do something like that, as I know they have all their own supplies and when I asked if they had separate towels looked surprised at the question as that is common sense to them. Had a great experience with GoMaids. We read a lot of reviews and were frankly a little worried about the few negative ones saying people had issues with theft and the like. We never had any problem. Our maid was really nice and worked hard. Price was reasonable compared with others I have found (though I find that maid service in general is pretty darned expensive). Our maid worked hard, cleaned well and fast, much better than our old maid. I was able to easily reschedule via text msg whenever there was a conflict and that flexibility was really nice. I would still be a customer were it not for the fact that we need to cut down on some expenses for the time being. Overall, recommended. read more

First time I've ever had to hire cleaners. I did a little searching on yelp and this was one of the few with good ratings I could get a hold of on Sunday. Out of those I could get a hold of, Go Maids had the best pricing. My two-bedroom apartment was embarrassingly trashed and they came up and made it SPOTLESS in about 2.5 hours. I was honestly impressed at how quickly they cleaned considering how trashed it was. Aside from stains on the carpet that they could not clean (which they told me about ahead of time) our apartment looked like it was brand new. Andrea handled my order promptly and was easy to contact when I needed to. She was very upfront about the costs and what they would/wouldn't do, it was all very professional.
