Let me start by saying the cleaners I've had consistently for the past 6 months have been nice and arrived on time (Franciela is wonderful). However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. I've booked with them twice and so far so good! The communication with the administrator is great and timely. If you have a concern for the cleaners to address irt, contact the administrator as most likely the cleaners only speak Spanish. I would preface your important items before they come and they'll address it. They usually bring 2-3 ladies and come on time. I've noted to wear booties and they do maybe 90% of the time. If they leave the house to grab something from the car they wear it out which defeats the purpose but overall no complaints. House smells clean and they're very thorough. They provide their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum is immaculate as I have a German shepherd that sheds ALOT and it's hard to grab all of it even with my Dyson vacuum on my rug and they get all of it and throw away all the trash as well. Baseboards, vents, and walls look very clean which often is overlooked by other cleaners. They even clean under the spouts of the faucet! I would say they clean for about 2-3 hours but feels pretty quick. I do have to note that I had a broken glass while they were cleaning my bar cart but the cleaning lady as soon as they broke it contacted the admin who contacted me about next steps. They reimbursed me the amount of the glass. I've recently had an injury and can no longer do deep Cleanings on my home as I can be VERY picky and I'm pretty meticulous with my cleaning so from the other cleaners I've tried I'll stick with this one. This is a little pricey but until I find another cleaner that can do the same work and is dependable plus these guys are licensed and insured it's worth the value for me. read more

I reached out with fairly short notice between when I wanted service and when I planned on moving in for a move in cleaning. They were super helpful, friendly, and professionally though the scheduling, even with my late responses and tight timelines. The cleaning looks fantastic. The pictures don't show as well, but the blinds were grimy, blackened, and really gnarly. They cleaned out some nasty hair left in the shower drains, and gave the entire place a great cleaning overall. Very satisfied with the work. Please review the my phone call with John if you are stating I was not told I wasn't able to speak with the owner. You response to this review stated "During this review we found that you previously posted a Yelp review for another company that had also cleaned your kitchen and our cleaners reported that the microwave handle already appeared damaged before they began we use zep stainless steel cleaner". This is not relevant to my complaint about the damage to the handle of my microwave, and makes it appear as though you are deflecting away from my complaint. I wished I had a picture to prove the handle to the microwave did not look like that before your cleaners entered my home; however I don't. I would like to file a claim for this damage with Yelp guarantee. read more

The overall cleaning came out great but after the cleaners left we noticed several areas that the cleaners overlooked. I communicated with Michelle right away and she apologized and she sent new cleaners the next day to take care of the overlooked areas.
