I am one to always do things myself to save money, but this time around, I wanted to try out a cleaning service out of convenience. We lived in our apartment for over 5 years, so I did not have the time or energy to deep clean it while also juggling a full-time job, packing, and moving out. From start to finish, the team was very communicative, flexible, and friendly. They are very quick to respond and to send updates. They also have coupons occasionally! Overall, I feel like their customer service was top notch. For the actually cleaning, it was more than I could have imagined! Our apartment wasn't in horrible shape, but Susana was able to get rid of stains and gunk that I've tried to get rid of all 5 years! She got into corners and spaces I would not have been able to do on my own. AND, she was a one-woman team! Our property manager was shocked and said that he had never seen an apartment so clean at the move-out inspection. Lastly, I would like to share that we got our ENTIRE deposit back! No need for a separate cleaning fee. I could not recommend Bright N Fresh OC more. They have really changed my perspective on hiring a cleaning service rather than doing it yourself. I hired Fresh & Bright Cleaning for what I clearly requested as a deep cleaning, with my main priorities being the kitchen and two bathrooms. Two cleaners were at my home for about two hours, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results. After they left, there was still visible buildup, dirt, and areas that had clearly been missed. I took photos immediately after the cleaning because I couldn't believe how much still needed to be done. When I reached out to express my concerns, I wasn't looking for an argument--I simply wanted the quality of work I paid for to be acknowledged. Instead, I was told I never requested a deep cleaning. I went back and provided screenshots showing that I did request a deep cleaning from the beginning. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, I was told that the two cleaners sent were their "best cleaners" and that there just wasn't enough time. My issue isn't with the cleaners personally--it's that if a deep cleaning couldn't be completed in the time scheduled, that should have been communicated upfront instead of leaving the job incomplete. I would have appreciated accountability and a solution rather than excuses. Based on my experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have cleaned my bathrooms claiming false information. That I haven't . Took them 2 hours to do 2 showers. I should have stayed and watched what was being done with the time. Respinse to company to their reply: Thank you for your response, but I do need to correct a few inaccurate statements. I never said my home had gone five years without being cleaned. I said it had not been professionally cleaned in that time, which is very different. My bathrooms and kitchen have been cleaned regularly by me. Suggesting my home went five years without being cleaned is simply not true. I also specifically requested a deep cleaning of my kitchen and two bathrooms before booking the appointment. If two cleaners could not complete that work in the scheduled time, that should have been communicated before or during the appointment--not after the service was finished and paid for. My disappointment is not that my home wasn't made perfect in two hours. It's that there were still obvious areas with visible buildup and grime left behind, as shown in the photos I uploaded immediately after the service. Those photos were taken after the cleaners left and accurately reflect the quality of the work I received. Rather than acknowledging the areas that were missed or offering a reasonable resolution, your response places the blame on my home while including statements that are not accurate. I believe future customers deserve to know both my experience and the company's response so they can make an informed decision. We recently finished remodeling our home and I was looking for specific post construction cleaning services due to the construction dust. After reviewing multiple vendors, we selected Bright N Fresh OC since they were prompt with their communication (thanks Leidy), reasonably priced, and we wanted to get our house cleaned as soon as possible. The company originally said that they could send two people over the week, but we asked if we could have someone clean the next day. They sent one person, Susana to clean our entire home and she was very pleasant, worked tirelessly for almost 10 hours, and as we checked in over the course of the day, she was always smiling and checking to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Hired them do a move out/move in cleaning of a rental property, which included interior windows. After their cleaning, I messaged them the same day explaining that they did not clean the windows. They claimed that they did. They asked for photos of the dirty windows to confirm. I don't live at the property, it is a rental I manage. I sent them photos a few days later when I was back at the property. Their policy is that they have a satisfaction guarantee, and they will make it right if it is reported within 24 hours. Even though I made them aware of the issue within 24 hours, they would not honor their guarantee because I didn't send them photos until a few days later. The rest of the home was cleaned sufficiently, and they otherwise have great communication. But it is disheartening that after alerting them of the issue, they made no attempt to resolve it. Save your money, hire a cleaner that will stand by their word and their work. Side note: they offered to refund me $20 for the windows, but that doesn't do me any good. Nobody is going to show up just to clean the windows for $20. Including them! Now it falls on me. read more

After having to move suddenly due to a water leak last month, I scheduled a move in service with this business to clean my new 1bedroom apartment while I packed up my things to move. Like others' reviews here, I was disappointed when I checked their work after a two hour deep clean service. I sent photos of the issues and exchanged messages with Leidy who attempted to excuse the work as outside the scope of their service. I'm seeing others leave reviews who had experiences similar to mine. This business is scamming people and charging for deep cleaning services that they are not performing. Leidy stated that refunds were against their policy (inconsistent with the business's responses to other reviews here) and instead offered to send two more cleaners over that night at 9:40 PM. Keep in mind she knew I was in the middle of an unanticipated move. They cleaned for about 30 min. and the floors looked better, but after they left it was clear that I would need to clean the apartment before I could move things in the next morning. I was exhausted from dealing with an unanticipated move. Trying to communicate with Leidy made an already stressful experience much worse. Our condo needed some cleaning, especially in our bathrooms and kitchen. I communicated with Katty who was super nice and scheduling was simple. I didn't want the whole house cleaned so they were able to just do an affordable hourly rate. Our address can be hard to find so our cleaner Susana did get a little lost, but Katty gave me her number and I was able to find her and show her where to park and where our condo was located. She started in our master bathroom, then cleaned our other two bathrooms before finally cleaning the kitchen. We did need to add an extra hour to the initial cleaning, but it was needed to finish the kitchen. I would very much recommend this service and will most likely use them again in the future. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS!! They had to know this was coming.... I'm not even sure where to start with this review. When I tell you the house looked exactly the same as when I left it to have them clean it, that's not an exaggeration. I needed them to clean my mom's new apartment because I wanted it to be nice and clean for her to move into when it was time. She's older and I just wanted to do something nice for her so she didn't have to do it. When I went to see the results of the cleaning, I wasn't even sure that the people had gone there because the house still looked the same. In fact, when I went to do a floor test to see how well it was cleaned I was disgusted. So I thought I might as well look in all the rooms and double check everything and everything was still SO DIRTY. They offered to have Julieta come back and redo the floors to make it right but to be honest I didn't want her to come back. I asked if they could send SOMEONE ELSE because in my eyes, Julieta did a terrible job the first time so I do not believe she will change in one day. They said I was NOT able to get someone else and that it had to be her because it was a learning experience for her AND they told me to be present at the next cleaning so I can go over everything with her and make sure its up to standard. In my opinion, if the customer is going to feel UNCOMFORTABLE in ANY WAY, that customer should be able to get someone else to do the job. I guess they didn't care about that. Im like okay well now its going to be awkward that I have to sit and wait for her and she knows that I complained about her so who knows how that was going to go. I couldn't do the next day and they said I only have 3 days after the first clean to have them come back and fix the problem. I wanted to at least get SOME of my MONEYS worth with this cleaning so I said screw it I guess I can reschedule. I was very irritated at this point because I didn't want the cleaner Julieta to come back and I had to take a day off of work just to make it happen. Regardless, the night before she was supposed to show up they told me they are going to just give me a partial refund of $50. They said it was $70 refunded BUT I'm not stupid, the first $20 discount was for booking online so that wasn't them being generous to me and the situation, the $50 was all they were really willing to do. they said that their "policy" says no refunds so that's all they can do. But with how terrible she did, i'm sure they could have made an exception. Im sure they are going to see this review and reply with their typical CHATGPT like responses and say they tried to make the situation right by what they offered but let me just say.. THEY DID NOT! Call and got appointment and got next day service. Nice and quick responds. Effective communication via texts. They shown up on time with 3 persons for 4-5rooms & 4baths, living, kitchen and couple side rooms. They deep clean the whole place within 4.5hrs and very detailed. The staff are friendly, courtesy and nice. They asked for walkthrough 1st then explain what they will do and ask if we need any further assist. They brought their own stuffs and once they done everything just spotless and looks very nice and shine plus smell nice. They clean very details such as windows on both side, wooden chairs that have ALOT of holes and they did it one by one to make sure all are dustless. They moved stuffs and cleaned individual and put it back. The stove, they just clean from top (air sucker) to each individual gas stove. Plus they even clean the refrigerator too. The cleaning quality was okay, similar to the lowest reviews here, but not great. There were misses that I'll have to re-do myself, despite their "move-in/out deep cleaning". However, their communication was quite poor. The website clearly outlines the limitations, but their communication with me was lacking. They were responsive, but instead of answering my inquiries, they seemed to be copying and pasting responses. I suggest they review our entire conversation to better understand my concerns. I hope they improve their customer service and cleaning in the future, but this is a one-time experience for me.
