They came to my house about 25 minutes late but they made up by doing a great job. I requested a deep cleaning. I asked for the stove to be cleaned which is extra. They got all the burn marks off from the glass stove top and the inside is sparkling clean. I had some gunk on my sink faucet and they were able to remove that. They finished the job very fast and my house smells very fresh. I would definitely recommend their service. I want to do this deep cleaning once or twice a year. read more

I can't speak of pricing compared to other places but I liked the quality, timing, and care of the service. The service line is VERY communicative, we did a lot of communication through e-mail and phone to make sure scheduling and timing was good for everyone. I had requested a moveout / deep clean of our rental house and received mediocre results. I feel like at a surface level things are clean but: - if you check the carpet/floor you still see a lot of dog hair everywhere - corners and edges were dusted but there was still a lot of debris, i don't think it was wiped - underneath the toilet; where the water jets out was not cleaned, you can see the grime still I give it a 3/5 because, as I mentioned, the house looks clean, but once you look closer, there are so many small details that were missed. This review is based off just the communication - I tried multiple ways to get ahold of this company. I first messaged them on Yelp asking them standard questions and if they were available the 23 or 24th of June for a cleaning - they finally said no to the 24th so I asked about the 23rd and they said they would check then never got back to me. I decided to try their phone number listed and it rang and rang and then I got hung up on twice. So then I decided to try texting the number and they made me go through the same preliminary questions and I answered and explained what and when I needed it - they tried selling me on a deep clean before they even saw my house and regardless at this point I didn't care what they sold me on I just wanted to know if they could help me on the 23rd or 24th - and again I was ignored and never responded to. I tried pretty hard to give them my business as I am looking for a monthly cleaner and they have great reviews - so it sucks they couldn't find the time to just respond and let me know a yes or a no.
